The dealership helped me immediately and explained to me all of my possible options and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase Jason was awesome to work with and super helpful. He was not pushy and all and wanted to make sure I received what I was looking for and offered me a more than fair deal. He answered all questions I had and made it an overall smooth process

They went Above and beyond helping me find a car i love, amazing service, you didn't feel rushed or pushed to buy anything, full customer service, id be more then happy to have future business with them again.

Sales person (Alex) was very nice and helpful.

Sales person (Alex) was very nice and helpful....which we appreciate. Finance guy was good too. Overall not a bad (second) experience. Other dealerships should be more like Honda of Joliet.

Alex was patient, never pushy, and genuinely listened to

Alex was patient, never pushy, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. Alex made the entire process smooth and pressure-free. Even when I had a lot of questions, he took the time to explain them to me.

Choose a salesgirl on the website.

Choose a salesgirl on the website. I had two other people send me text asking questions to fill in. Checked the dealer website and neither of the two were listed. Never heard from my original request from the salesgirl. Very bad communication from them.
