I want to share my disappointing experience while shopping for a car at Alexandria VW. On my first visit, I worked with salesperson Fasil Saleem, and we agreed on a black 2023 Audi e-tron GT. He instructed me to secure financing through my bank and promised to prepare the car for me. After I secured the loan, Fasil ignored my calls for two weeks and made excuses. Frustrated, I visited the dealership only to be told the car was at Audi for servicing. In reality, the vehicle had been sold despite our agreement and my secured loan. I left numerous voicemails for Fasil but received no response. This lack of professionalism prompted me to contact the dealership's sales manager, Aziz Kettani. Unfortunately, Aziz dismissed my concerns without an apology. He mentioned that there were other e-Trons available and connected me with another salesperson, Jamall Blake. I soon discovered that Jamall would lead me down the same frustrating path. He had me apply for another loan and assured me that the car was mine with a signed purchase order. However, once I informed Jamall that my loan was secured, he became evasive and started making excuses about the vehicle's whereabouts. For two weeks, I struggled to reach Jamall. When I finally got in touch (using a different number), I had to push him to contact Audi regarding the car's availability. Yet again, he disappeared. As my loan deadline approached, I attempted to reach out to him again, but he was unresponsive. It has now been over a month since we last heard from anyone on the Alexandria sales team. This experience demonstrates poor business practices. Alexandria VW had me apply for two loans, which negatively impacted my credit while I was selling the cars. I am now considering legal action against the dealership and have contacted both the Volkswagen headquarters and Wes Greenway’s office. As a moderator for several Audi and VW forums, I’ve shared my story to caution potential customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Alexandria VW.

I came in looking for my dream car which is the 2022 Audi e tron GT and Fasil went above and beyond to make it happen. He listened to everything I wanted, stayed patient, and made sure I felt taken care of the whole time. Fasil is knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. He explained everything clearly, worked with me on the details, and made sure I left with exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. We just bought a used Golf GTI. We had a great experience with Jamall and the staff from the test drive to the time of purchasing. At no point did we feel pressured. Jamall was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the car and the process.
