I thought this was a seamless blessed process. I don't know what Syed it's about signing the papers everything went flawless. He asked me to bring in my inspection paper from dc. I brought it he copied it he gave me a copy back. These weird emails of things you omitted while I'm signing papers. I'll bring this car back I don't care about materialistic stuff and confusion is involved. Cuz confusion is of the devil. Carlton fine great guy. This guy if I don't talk to his supervisor and get some understanding about what he say didn't happen when it did? I'm taking this car back.

Joe in Finance was outstanding and truly saved the day. He was professional, helpful, and made the process much smoother. Unfortunately, my experience with my salesperson, Jamall Blake, was disappointing. He was unresponsive throughout the process and did not follow up regarding a repair he said he would discuss with the technician before my visit. After purchasing the vehicle, I left multiple voicemails and text messages to follow up, but I never received a response from him. Even when the dealership confirmed he was available, he did not return my calls. I really enjoy my car, but the lack of communication and customer service after and during the sale left me with buyer's remorse.

We just purchased a 2025 Kia K4 here. The car had an issue and it failed MD inspection. We called the salesman to tell him what happened and he was absolutely useless! However, the Sales Managers (Daniel and Aziz) that worked on our deal stepped in and helped to resolve the issue. I sent them the report that was provided from the Auto Shop that did the inspection. I brought the car back to have their service team look into the matter. Daniel made sure that we had a loaner while they had our car looked for the issue. Their service team look at it and they said nothing was wrong. The service team even went as far as to question the integrity of the place I took the car to get the inspection. Then Aziz sent the car over to the Kia service team and they said nothing was wrong with the car. I thought that was the end of it. I thought I was stuck with the car with an issue because the salesman had said the car is sold as is. However, the car failed inspection again. I took the car to a Kia Dealership in MD and they found the same issue as the place that did the inspection. I called Aziz back and sent him the findings from the Kia Dealership had provided. He told me he'd call me back in 20 mins. He called me back and told me to they would pay for the repair! These two gentlemen handled the situation with professionalism and went above and beyond to assist me and my family and ensure a positive outcome for! They are the reason for the 4 star rating. The salesman is the reason they didn't didn't get 5 stars! Aziz and Daniel, thank you for your professionalism throughout this entire process!

Jamall contacted me after he saw I had previewed a car online. I responded to his voice mail, he told me what time he would be at the dealership, I got there a few minutes after he left. Another sales associate called him and Jamall came back. Really appreciated the the customer service. He was very helpful. Excellent customer service.

Atiq was a delight, and made sure I was able to drive away even when I had forgotten the title for my trade and there was an issue with finalizing some paperwork. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly and everyone was extremely helpful. The price was right on the car I drove out in, and I got a better value for my trade than I expected. Overall great experience, even when having driven over an hour to the dealership. Would recommend to anyone.
