I made a 7:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change. On the day of the appointment, I was accommodated by service agent Julian Leath (5 stars) in a most courteous and efficient manner at the exact agreed-upon time. My car was serviced in less than an hour. I was quite gratified to still have a full day ahead of me!

Our salesperson, Sedeke, was absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I came to Alexandria VW on a Saturday and did not make an appointment; this did not stop Sedeke from giving us a world-class shopping experience. His patience, expertise, and willingness to help made the buying process smooth and easy. He had no problem addressing our questions and going above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle. We ended up purchasing an Atlas and I could not be more pleased with the experience and the car. Definitely get your next VW here!

Mobile Service was great. Herson, the technician was great to deal with. He arrived on time and was courteous and helpful with answers. Well worth it.

Great experience with Zahra. She facilitated a great deal to beat a competing dealer, including valuing my trade, all over the phone/text messages. I drove to the dealer knowing exactly what to expect and experienced a straightforward experience. I was in and out in about an hour. Would point anyone I know in her direction.

Dealer had the car we inquired about on-site and ready for test drive. Did not disclose that the charger was missing. Did not disclose that the window tinting was in excess of Maryland registration requirements. Was straightforward on price and fees.

We initially scheduled an appointment with Atig Popal, who was our Sales Associate. When I first met Mr. Atiqe at the dealership, I honestly thought he was the General Manager. His professionalism, demeanor, and confident presence were truly remarkable. It came as a surprise when he introduced himself as a salesperson. Atig Popal went above and beyond in explaining Volkswagen’s incredible deals. His deep knowledge, customer-focused approach, and ability to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable left a lasting impression on us. I strongly believe that Mr. Atiqe’s outstanding character and dedication make him an ideal candidate for a managerial position. (We found out later that Thursday was Atig's day off, which he gave up to accommodate our schedule) Atig made our car buying experience a real pleasure. He showed us a number of vehicles and features we were interested in. He has a very easy-going way about him, that made us very comfortable, asking questions and discussing details with him. We also shared some laughs and stories along the way. which made more relaxed. He was genuinely helpful and caring that we got what we wanted. We met a number of other staff members that all were helpful and treated us like family. Such a good team there. We were able to shop, buy and drive away all in the same afternoon.
