I bought my MDX a few years ago and back came here for maintenance recently. The service was excellent. The people working over there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for car purchase and maintenance.

I was very happy with the service I obtained from Max. I was able to text and then speak with him where I told him what I wanted and expected, and he came through. On time, professional, delivered what he promised. Final signing (different department) could have gone a bit smoother. It is always good to offer extended warranties, etc., but I would suggest changing your approach.

I have been going to this dealership for my car's routine service and repairs for years. Compared to service departments of other dealers I have worked with, Los Gatos Acura is heads above all of them: they efficiently and accurately diagnose needed repairs, and in addition have very knowledgeable people to answer questions about alternatives and additional service. They provide rides back and forth when the car is there all day; billing is accurate; really I have no complaints.
