We had an outstanding experience at Capital Acura, and we highly recommend both the dealership and my salesperson, Jonathan. From the moment we walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and pressure-free. Jonathan was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explained the features clearly, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. What stood out most was his professionalism and honesty. Went in there with a scheduled appointment for a 2023 integra a-spec w/ tech. Here comes bad attitude Henry saying they have absolute no wiggle room or discount for a 3 year old overpriced car. We say that's fine, just atleast pull up the car and let us have a look at it. We wait 5 minutes and Henry pulls up the car. Car is dirty, dirt and dust all over like this things been baking in the lot. Rims are curb rashed to oblivion ans Henry promises they'll fix them. Fix what, those are deep gashes, ain't no paint going to fix them. I ask so y'all are going to replace them right? No, fix and he points to a new car with new rims and goes like those right there. This isn't my first time buying a car, I know what I'm getting myself into. We proceed to look at all the other rims and same thing, gashes all over the rims. We then get to the front bumber and see tons of scratches, almost like the previous owner scraped it against something. Next thing you know Henry with his positive happy attitude gets in the car and drives away saying "i'm not going to sell it to you guys." Mind you he wants $30000 for the car in the condition it is. I don't know how he has a job especially with how he treats potential customers. Get that disrespectful old man out of there. Quick shoutout to Jonathan though, I wish he was the person to help us and I'm sure we could've made something work but thank you. If you ever shop here, avoid Henry if you want to buy a car. Talk to him if you want to be like me and leave a review.

Buying through Capitol Acura and working with Chris, Long, and Vu was truly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and never once felt pressured—they made sure of that throughout the entire process. I was deciding between two dealerships that had the same vehicle available, but Chris, Long, and Vu made the decision easy. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer service ultimately led me to choose Capitol Acura over another nearby Acura dealership.

Staff were polite and accommodating, assisting all the way till I finished all the papers works needed to get the car before I go.

The service department is awful. Well at least George is. He’s always is extremely mean to women I thought he just didn’t like a car savvy female but no he’s an equal opportunity offender. Plus when you ask to speak with his boss he doesn’t let you. Then when you walk into talk to the boss. You think he’d step in. I don’t think so I wouldn’t want him to exert himself. He’s like I’m watching I don’t need to step in I’ll let the customer leave they need us. We don’t need them.
