Not a family place

They had rap music playing really loud like it was a stupid club and the cuss words on the songs made you wonder who in the world manages this place! Also the sales guys hung out in the back cussing, acting like stupid wanna be mafia xxxxx. My wife had to move the truck because they kept cussing and acting stupid around my young kids. NOT A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE and gives Ford a horrible reputation.

Great Setvice

Mike in service was very knowledgeable on Diesel engines and had answers to every question I had . Very friendly staff and did my service and recall in a timely matter and I will definitely be back for future service

Efficient work; excellent customer service

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere. My service advisor was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable -- just what I needed when faced with an unexpected and inconvenient car problem. The team needed additional information from me to diagnose my car's issue, but they were quick to realize this and followed-up appropriately. I was kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and the repairs were completed well ahead of when I was expecting them. I will definitely recommend Frontier Ford to any friends or family who need repairs for their Ford automobile in the Bay Area.
