Mike Marshall is absolutely the best service advisor I've ever worked with -- at ANY dealer, repair shop, or other auto service provider. He's on top of the status of my car, follows up on commitments, and is very knowledgeable regarding Ford repairs. I've been coming to Frontier Ford for over 20 years.

I had to go to the dealership 3 times before they
I had to go to the dealership 3 times before they confirmed that I had leaks in two tires. I bought 2 new tires so the problem is now fixed.

The problem for which I dropped the car is not yet fixed.
The problem for which I dropped the car is not yet fixed. The car is still making the noise from rear but I was charged $ 4K to replace the steering rack. Now I'm doubting if they actually replaced the steering rack with a new one.
