The whole experience was great!

The whole experience was great! I filled out on line and got a quote and appointment. Bryan followed up prior to the appointment. Evaluated the car, and matched the on line quote. Then took car of all the paperwork. He let me know about every step. Was courteous and professional. Kudos to Bryan and highly recommend your business!

Unacceptable Conduct and Intimidation After New Vehicle Purchase Review: Within 36 hours of purchasing a vehicle from Autonation Honday in Sterling, Virginia, we had to return it due to a support battery warning. We were told the repair would take a few hours. After nearly five hours and multiple unanswered calls, we learned the vehicle had not even been serviced. The lack of communication alone was disappointing. More troubling was what occurred when I asked about reimbursement for transportation costs caused by the delay. An employee became hostile, denied responsibility, misrepresented his position, and escalated to physically intimidating behavior in the showroom. For a dealership operating under a major national brand, this conduct falls far below professional standards. The dealership should review service communication processes and ensure staff are trained to handle customer concerns respectfully.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation

I recently purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Stevens Creek, and within just two weeks the car showed a “Service High Voltage System / Service High Voltage Charging System” error and completely stopped charging. I trusted AutoNation’s claims that their used vehicles undergo a complete inspection before being listed for sale. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. A major high‑voltage system failure appeared almost immediately after purchase, making the vehicle undrivable as an EV. The car had 105,000 miles at the time of sale — just over the 100,000‑mile limit for the manufacturer’s high‑voltage warranty — which meant I had zero warranty coverage the moment I bought it. The Chevrolet service center confirmed that it is a high‑voltage system fault requiring extensive diagnostic work and potentially very expensive repairs. During the sales process, I was told this was the “best deal” and that the vehicle could be sold “any moment”. Looking back, this added pressure prevented me from taking the time I needed to verify the car’s real condition. I deeply regret relying on these assurances. To protect other buyers, here is my honest advice: ✔️ Do NOT rely solely on AutoNation’s internal inspection claims. ✔️ Get an independent inspection AND a brand‑certified dealer inspection. ✔️ Do both within AutoNation’s 5‑day return window — it’s your only safety net. ✔️ If AutoNation refuses or discourages inspections, walk away. This experience has caused me significant financial stress and mental frustration, and I hope sharing my story prevents someone else from going through the same.

The best experiences I've ever had they are so friendly, kindness, knowledge, professionals and welcoming. Ali H, is great welcoming and explained all details about the new vehicle that I was looking for. Ryan B, is great knowledge about the vehicle and experiences all the features in vehicle and patient explaining The financial is also friendly. This is our 1st time, I've ever owned the Acura MDX. My wife and I love an Auto Nation Stevens creek place, the store is clean and many vehicles. I've been many Acura dealerships and Steven's creek is the most we love to shop even a bit far away from my house. I definitely will come back again for the services and I will recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you very much Stevens Creek and all of you. I hope we can see you again.
