Audi Stevens Creek

I had a great experience buying Audi Q7 2017 at Stevens Creek. With less than 3 months in hand I wanted a customized configuration before 4th July weekend. Cassandra was a great help and I picked up the car on 1st July Friday !! Dot on time, periodic status update, even making sure no delay in delivery while I was financing from an east coast bank. Purchasing a car is not easy. Some sellers can really take up your time with negotiating deals. Prior to getting my new Audi, I have have visited other dealers but none were able to give me what I wanted. Even a few took up too much of my time but that was until I met Cassandra Crawford. She made my experience with Audi so pleasant. She was able to find what I wanted, shipped it to the dealership and I purchased it as soon as it came in. Easy purchase. I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase/lease a car!

Came in with the intention of finding a car and buying it, found the sales people completely unprofessional. Not knowledgable, and not willing to find out information about cars (big information such as does the car come with a service package). Uninterested in helping you find the best car for you. Unless you walk on the lot and point to a vehicle and purchase it, they will not help. Would not recommend dealership to anyone.

The customer service at Audi stevens creek is intolerant. I had my recent car service done for which I got delayed responses, improper replies that makes me re-think to visit Stevens creek audi location for the next service. Service was disappointing and the car was given back to me without complete service being done. The managers arent willing to accept any fault of service advisors and never think twice before blaming on customer.

This was one of the best auto purchases I have had. Both Cassandra and Rachel were very pleasant and my wife and I enjoyed how efficient and knowledgeable they were. I highly recommend Stevens Creek Audi.
