Had my car breakdown the night before a plan trip with

Had my car breakdown the night before a plan trip with multiple people where I needed the vehicle dealership was able to get fixed even staying after the 6 o’clock closed time on a Saturday night I did have to get it towed. I’m hoping Mercedes-Benz USA will pay for the towing so far out of my pocket.

The vehicle was in for recall service.

The vehicle was in for recall service. The work was performed in a very timely manner, and done to our complete satisfaction. We required a recall service verification certificate to register the car with DMV, and it was provided without asking. So again, a very satisfactory experience.

Me and my wife went to see Mr.

Me and my wife went to see Mr. Tony Shiem 9 days ago to inquire about the electric car and He’s very professional to give all the details we need, to cut it short, we sold back the 2018 GLC and bought a EQB 250+. What an excellent job performance and so with the others staff. Love the place too and the coffee machine very clean. I give my 5 stars Max Lambojon

Purchased an Certified Preowned virtually.

Purchased an Certified Preowned virtually. It was a rare find. They're customer service was great! They sent pictures, videos. The purchase went smoothly. They were very responsive via text, calls, emails. Shipped the car to me via an enclosed delivery service. Did not have enough time to detail the car prior to shipping, so they reimbursed me for detailing at my home. The car was missing floormats so they shipped me brand new ones straight from Germany. Overall, awesome service. They stand by their word.

I purchased a used Tesla Model S that I had found via Car

I purchased a used Tesla Model S that I had found via Car Fax from Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. The dealership had a nice waiting area with comfortable seating and a self-service coffee/water dispenser. The transaction itself was fairly quick and easy. My only issue was that the Tesla was released to me with only 50 miles of range (I live about 100 miles away). I was not aware at the time, but Tesla is not open on the weekends to transfer ownership and thus I was not able to charge the vehicle myself. I had to take the car back to the dealership and ask if they could charge it for me onsite. Unfortunately this was going to require the car to charge overnight so the dealership provided me a loaner to allow me to get home. I returned the next day to pick up the car. An unfortunate situation but MB of Stevens Creek worked with me every step of the way to figure out a solution. Appreciated all the help.
