Great Service! Great discounts!

I waited several months to have a new car but it was not arrived on time. The dealer provided me another car ( which was better than the original one) with the same price of the original one. They helped me find a low auto loan rate. The whole process was about 4 hours. I was very satisfied with the service.

Stephen Kirksey quickly assisted to transport my GLC 300

Stephen Kirksey quickly assisted to transport my GLC 300 with a dead battery from my home to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. This battery was tested thoroughly and found to be bad. A new battery was installed. Stephen also got a multi-point inspection performed at no charge and requested exterior courtesy wash. As promised, my vehicle with a new battery was ready next day.

Worst service.

Worst service. Despite of several emails no one even care to respond. Dont expect help from anyone here. They hide things by various means. Worst people and service ever had in my life.

Respected Sir/Mam, I have tried raising my concerns multiple times over the emails too. But no one ever felt it necessary to get back to me. I was misguided, things were NOT told properly, i was kept under dark for various things. This was the worst service I have ever received. This was mot expected from such a brand. I am disappointed. Sorry so say but I will surely suggest people not to rely on your services. Thanks but NO Thanks.

As expected. Clear guidance and nice arrangement of loaner car while my car was in service. It could have been better if some photos could be shared when communicating car issues with customers for clarity.

Steve Kirskey took care of our 1999 C280 which had issues

Steve Kirskey took care of our 1999 C280 which had issues with O2 sensor, drive shaft, etc., was completed on schedule and the car is running well again! Steve is awesome as usual!

Bought a plugin hybrid

Just bought a C350 here from Asad Hanif. Very nice guy, excellent salesman. He took the time to go over all of the features of the car with me? It was very nice of him he didn?t have to do that, and I really appreciated all of the extra help with getting the car ready for me since I bought it before they even had a chance to fully inspect it and clean it up after the lease return. I would definitely highly recommend him. I got a great deal on the car. I love it! ? Also big appreciation to the finance guy Abdul Haya and the sales management team for honoring the online price even after I had signed all of the paperwork at a substantially higher price? You guys are absolutely awesome! I am a very happy customer!
