I recently purchased car from Stevens Creek Honda.

I recently purchased car from Stevens Creek Honda. All experience was good until I found the full text of my contract on Honda Finacial site where I found that optional service that I declined was added. I checked copy of contract that i got from dealership and found that page with itemization is missing. What a coincidence. I requested to cancel it, but my trust to this dealership is gone.

I called the above phone number on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, each time I left a message that I'm calling regarding the above comment and my phone number. Never got a call back. Next week will try to get updates from Fidelity Warranty Services if they finally got the the cancellation form from dealer that we signed 07/06
