I traded in my 2007 Scion tC and purchased a new 2026 CR-V TrailSport Hybrid. Sales consultant Zuma (Moctezuma Pulido) was super helpful with the test drive, answering my questions, and getting me set up with the perfect vehicle for me.

The sales experience at Stevens Creek Honda was fine,

The sales experience at Stevens Creek Honda was fine, lots of cars but not a lot of people in the lot to help. Unfortunately, the finance department was the complete opposite. They spoke to me in a condescending tone and made no effort to actually guide me through the financial process, which is literally their job. Instead of being informative, they rushed through everything, talked fast, and got visibly annoyed when I asked questions or needed clarification. It’s frustrating to be treated like you're bothering someone just for wanting to understand what you’re signing. Buying a car is a big decision, and customers deserve patience and respect. Other dealerships provide way better customer service.
