I bought a 2024 honda civic.

I bought a 2024 honda civic. Pretty much worked the whole purchase online with Tina Pourani. She made everything simple and quick. I would definitely recomend buying a car from honda of stevenscreek.

Went to three local Honda dealerships.

Went to three local Honda dealerships. Honda of Stevens Creek was the best of the three. Did purchase a new 2024 Honda Civic EX. I was able to strike a bargain without a lot of high pressure tactics. Tried Fremont Honda, but they invited me to see a car they never even had on the lot. Was suppose to use the Costco Auto Program, but they were clueless how it worked. They used the old bait and switch. Even worse nightmare was Envision Honda of Milpitas. They also said they had just the car I wanted and when I showed up they did not have the car at all. Ended up ordering one from them with money down. Lots of high pressure tactics, game playing,lies, etc. Shocking ending. Received a call from the salesman that the car had arrived after one week. Was out of town, but three days later I went to pick up the car. When I arrived they claim they cannot find the car, nor the salesman who is MIA, missing in action for three days. They said they would bargain with me for another car meaning to start all over again. I demand my down payment back. They resist at first claiming they will strike a new bargain. Con men! Did get my down payment back. Left them and went to Honda of Stevens Creek. Everything went smoothly. The only down side was they sold me a KARR anti theft policy which two days later I went back for more details and they assigned a young worker to answer my questions. He seemed to have no real knowledge of the program, but suggested I call the 800 number on the brochure. Find it strange that they sell a program in which they seem not to really understand in detail. Still would recommend them over Fremont Honda and especially the horrible Envision Honda of Milpitas.
