Misrepresented the car they sold us, BE CAREFUL!

DECEMBER 2021 - We found Anchorage Payless Car Sales met our needs every step of the way. Matt Breiler was courteous, knowledgable and attentive to our questions. Highly Recommend ! AUGUST 2022 UPDATE - We purchased the vehicle late Dec 2021. Matt (salesman) provided us with an email providing the KBB vehicle breakdown of features on Dec 17th. After we had it a month or so we called Matt and said we couldn't get the blind spot information system to work. He had us come see him and test drove it with us and concurred the vehicle did not have it. We told him it was a feature we wanted and based on the information he provided us we believed it came with it. He said we could trade it in for a different vehicle, we were amenable and said we we wanted one about the same size, etc. He never called us with any options. It was obvious Payless had our money, end of story. In May/June after not receiving the title or permanent license plate I called and spoke to Ali (owner) and shared our frustration about the plates and title and the lack of the vehicle not having a safety feature Matt shared with us (via email) that it had. Ali did nothing, blamed it on Kelley Blue Book having incorrect information about our vehicle and Payless wasn't responsible. I told him was had barely driven it and we wanted to return it. He said he would call me back which he never did. Again, Payless had their money.

2020 Corvette LT1 with the Z51 package MSRP was $67,345.

2020 Corvette LT1 with the Z51 package MSRP was $67,345. How is the $97,995 price justified - $32,000 over MSRP how is that a deal? They told my son it was a good deal….. Extremely Over Priced! I anticipate a reduced price after this posting….

22' Toyota Sienna, Thanks Matt!

We came in for a 2022 Toyota Sienna and found just that! Matt B. helped us last year with another purchase and just loved the experience so much we had to go back to him. Matt made our buying process spectacular and made sure every detail big and small was taken care of.
