Never going back to Laredo DCJR

We bought a $56k used Alfa Romeo, bad worn tires which they they said they would look into if they could get replaced, nothing. Before we bought told them about a "front collision off" light being on, they said it was normal, I get home go over owners manual and see that its an issue that has to be done at the dealership. Then after a week of taking delivery, check engine light comes on. Sopke to salesman and they didn't do anything. They just want to sell and not worry about anything after that. Never going back again. I left bad review on goggle as well Mr Rubio from the dealership replied to email him and never got a reply, they only replied to the bad review on goggle so people see they are doing "something" about it.

Poor customer service

The person helping me said she can”price match” the car I saw a post through Carfax for a specific car and they were trying to upsell me mind you that car was being sold at this dealership the car had a defective sunroof, broken Visor to close on cup holders , black oil when we checked to see if it had an oil change and a/c wasn’t cooling came out hot. Manger “tried “ giving us a $2000 discount which was the reason for the “price change “ which brought a 2010 car with all those defects at 9,900 😳 . We were willing to pay cash but the communication and offer was just not there don't recommend this dealership.

Super Shady - Bait and Switch

Classic Bait and Switch, you might see a nice vehicle on their web page but good luck on them actually having it there, super sketchy - avoid
