Bought a 2021 used Genesis GV80 from this dealership online. Scratches on the hood were never disclosed. Now, they won't pay to have it fixed.

Like the other reviews,I found the sprinter advisor Kyle very helpful, knowledgeable and interested in fixing the problems I was having on my sprinters. Sales person Brett was very professional and friendly. All questions were answered, and the rest of the staff that I had a chance to talk to. We’re all very nice. I really appreciate the vehicle that I came into being returned back to me by the dealership.

Stay away
My name is David and I bought a mercedes over the phone with this dealership. We agreed on a price late on Tuesday the 14th of March. The sales person, Jay, worked with me over text (I have a copy of all of them) asked me for a deposit to hold the car. I texted him a copy of my credit card and they took a $5,000 deposit on the car. Jay told me it was to hold the car. On Wednesday the 15th Jay asked me for all of my information and I sent him everything including a copy of my license. They told me he would overnight all of the paper work for me to sign. I received the paperwork on Thursday the 16th, I signed it all, send it back via fedex and did same day wire the money with the instructions they sent me. All in total it was about $94,000. Jay even set up the shipping and I already already paid in advance for the shipping of the car. They had my deposit, all of the paperwork signed and the wire with all of the money. All of this is documented via text. Jay told me to expect the car Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday I got a call from Dante (manager) and he procided to tell me they sold the car to another person. Dante had no care whatsoever and was just like sorry, we sold it and the deposit doesnt mater. I asked why take my deposit!!!! Jay, is the one that told me it was it was to hold it until the wire was finished. The manager told me and agreed that this was handle impropertly. They took the car from under us. So they had all of the paperwork, my desposit and wire and I have nothing. All of this happend in 2 days. I had everything signed, money wired, shipping paid everything by Thursday. I did exactly what they told me to do and when they wanted me to do it. I wasted my time in doing all of the paper work.

Worst service department of any MBZ dealership
Windshield they put in leaked. They had us bring it in. They parked it outside in the rain with a leaking windshield for 10 day. Said it didn't leak. But when we showed them they take the stance of it did no damage. Have pictures of condensation inside car, stains on the windshield, stains on and in the screen. Water dripping from rear view mirror. Service manager says he is sure nothing is damage. When I ask for a warranty if rust starts or shorts come down the way. Mb of stockton said they WILL DO NOTHING. Terrible service department

Nothing good to say about the service department and the
Nothing good to say about the service department and the advisor. Car went in for a leaking windshield and they parked it outside during the 19 days of record rain. We called and complained and was told no water came into the car. Picked up car a few days later and found water stains on the screen, windshield, dashboard. Condensation on the window at the dash. Water in the cup holder. Called and complained was asked to bring it back. Wife drove it to work on another's rainy day and it leaked the very next day we got it back. Took it back in and was mad as xxxx. They have shined us on ever since. Was told by the service manager the water didn't damage anything. I said if you are so sure how about a written warranty for any shirts or issues. Service manager said they will not do anything but fix the leak. Local dealer with local ownership. We're good to buy the car from but the worse service department I have ever seen. It goes past bad I believe they are not capable of quality work. Being refused talking to any higher up management.

Hello Wyman, As we previously discussed, the water leak was not a result of faulty installation on our part, but a warped windshield from the factory. It was unfortunate that you felt so strongly that there was any damage to your vehicle. Fortunately we found absolutely no signs of damage to any parts or components and everything worked perfectly as designed. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Kevin was our sales person & he’s been excellent. He was not pushy at all & made the experience of buying from them very pleasurable. I’ve had to bring the vehicle back a couple of times & Kevin & the other guys were very helpful. I’m for sure a customer for life.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car
I contacted them online initially. Paul, the internet manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I made an appointment to go in person, and the car I wanted to see was pulled out and ready to look at and drive. The customer service and transparency were outstanding! I will continue to be a customer at this dealership from now on. Thank you for my best car buying experience in 30 years!
