    Called to inquire about a car on their website. Asked specifically about a CarFax and was told to go to the CarFax website and pay for one myself or if... I came in they could print one off. Asked also if the price listed was the 'cash only' price and they said it only applied if you financed through them and if I wanted to pay for it myself I would have to come in and negotiate with the sales manager. When I asked to leave a message with the manager I was told its either the lady I'm talking to or someone else but either way I'd have to come in. I'm opting not to drive 8 hours although I really like the vehicle. Some basic etiquette and consideration should be shown when people are willing to shell out five figures for a car.

    I went to the dealership for a 9000 dollar car, thinking with taxes and interest, it couldn’t be more than 200 per month for a couple of years. After... a few minutes they came to me and told me the car was going to cost me 483 dollars per month over 4 years.. it was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen. After telling asking the guy why, he had an entire story that made zero sense as to why a 9000 plus taxes... would cost me 24000 over three years. Take your business elsewhere. This place is a scam, and they mask it with trying to be nice and friendly with you. Do not waste your time in 100 years going here. A lot of times reviews seem as if they are complaints, but they even told me “oh don’t test drive it, just take it and go!!” It all seemed fishy. And I have never been more excited for a car.. not even for a new one. It’s a shame.

    OK I’ll make this short I went to the dealership I spoke to the sales person I know what I wanted I’m looking for a specific car looked at the car it had... a few scratches here and there but what the heck it’s a used car and it’s NY it happens so I asked for a carfax or autocheck Sales person says he would email it to me I left my email It’s been a week called spoke to receptionist “or who ever answers the phone” I asked for sales person he’s not in I informed her of the situation and she in turns tells me I have to come in for me to get a carfax and they only have a carfax for those people ready to buy but if I wanted a carfax I can get one myself “you have to pay for a carfax” I don’t go to McDonald’s and have them tell me I have to pay for my own paper bag when I order something to go xxx really it’s been now 10 days to date of me putting up this review with my new used car “purchased cash” ok well I used a certified check and my rewards credit card “gotta rack up dem points yah know” First your a dealership you’re at some point responsible for certain things like a car history If you don’t have one just say so and inform your sales personnel not to promise to email one second don’t tell me stories not all of us fall for it “only those ready to buy get a carfax available” seriously So I got as far as looking at the car at the dealership and speaking to a salesman but anything beyond that was just ZILCH which as a salesman myself is unacceptable I’m not one of those OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER I Under Promise Over Deliver this is why I have $32k less in my bank account but at least I got the car I was a looking for Would I ever come back here even to just look I would absolutely not it was something so simple and straight forward as a Carfax and I was told a condescending response like I’m nobody til I prove to them that I’m an actual Buyer WOW Well I hope others get further in the inquiry/purchase process than I did I really did not want to spend $32k “super happy with the car” but still $25k was my target price if you want something from these guys don’t expect them to entertain you unless “your a buyer ready to buy” I don’t know how much of a buyer you have to be for them to even speak to you and proceed with the purchase I gave them 3* for the dealership place was not horrid not the best but for a used car dealership it’s not bad I’ve seen BAD

    Be smart when go finance there they robbing you on the paper/payments read carefully what you sighing , they don’t even clean the car properly or do a... good oil change just be mindful when you go there , they got nice cars but they trapped

    I visited this establishment to see a vehicle that was listed for $13,999. Which I was told is only a finance price. Plus dealership fees which was $1850... after negotiating the fees I got the total down to $14,500 which sounds like a deal. I agreed to move forward but then came more fees that could not be explained. Apparently banks now charge a fee to give a loan which was almost another $2000. ( NEVER HEARD OF THIS) It came down to monthly payment which I could not afford so I walked away from the deal. I called back the next business day to see if we can strike a deal which we did after I put some more down payment and play around with the terms and some bank fees was mysteriously waived. We had a solid agreement that I was coming in the next day for the car and Ioffer to put some of the down payment to hold the car and the sales manager SEAN said no he want the entire amount or I can just pay it tomorrow when I come in. Next morning I called up my insurance and add the car on and sent over my insurance binder to SEAN. As I was heading over to the dealership I receive an email saying the car was sold. All confused I called Sean up and was basically told that they raised the price of the car online to see if anyone would pay more and someone came in and did. I was never contacted with this information. I was also told that they do not care about customer service the only care about the money and who the can get the most from. I understand that this is a business and they have to make money but you don't do this to a customer without notifying them after they told you that they are coming for the car, send you insurance information, ran their credit and offer to put a down payment. Stay away from this business you will be drown in fees if you don't know how to negotiate and if you care about service. Read the other reviews they all tell a similar story

    I BOUGHT A 2013 VW GTI FROM THIS PLACE AND THEY SOLD THE CAR TO ME WITHOUT A CATALIC CONVERTER WHICH IS AGAINST NYS LAW. MY CAR WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION... IM NOW SUING THIS DEALERSHIP THEY LIED THEY LIED

    The Lady I spoke To On the phone is an idiot she knew nothing about the car and refused to send me the car fax because she didn’t know how to as well.... Just pathetic. How can you hire someone that doesn’t know how to do something so simple. She should be fired
