Write a reviewThe most dishonest dealership ever.
My daughter saw a car at this dealership and was told to come in. She liked the car and decided to take it. We gave them a down payment of $2500 which she had saved towards the car. When the transaction was complete and I went home and looked at the paper work I realized that they did not deduct the down payment from the price but added it at the end stating that was the price we settled on. They are very dishonest by distracting you with stories and not letting you see what is being done you end up signing for what was not discussed DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY. VERY HEARTLESS.

Used car
I went to look at the White Hyundai Sonata 2017. Carlos would not let me take a test drive in it. He said dealership was closing. Very unprofessional and bad attitude. The manager/owner was very nasty and rude. He was counting his money and was ready to go home. I was told by their partner used car dealership at Hillside Auto mall that there were no fees. I get here at Signature Auto and now They tell me there are $1200 in fees. This a total waste of time. I might as well go to Hyundai dealer by me for the same price, year make and model, I can get the 10 year,100K warranty on powertrain. The cover to electric power was missing. They are not willing to replace a small cover. Now that is crazy. How much could that cost? It makes them look really cheap. It is in bad taste. They did not care about earning my business. Terrible experience! I drove an hour from my place to find out that Carlos and Tony are rude and nasty. Not Good!,

Poor Customer Service
Purchased a vehicle from Siganture Auto Sales and was told to return the next day to pick up. The car was not ready when I got there after 5pm. Plates were not on, the car was not registered and it was delivered to me with no gas and dirty. Speaking to the sales guy made no difference, calls were not returned to rectify the matter and in speaking to the Manager- Anthony- the next day on the phone was an absolute waste of time. He was rude, arrogant and very unprofessional on the phone with my wife. I will never conduct business with this dealer again as they are lacking in customer service and the guys there are very unprofessional.

Poor Service and did not deliver what was promised
This dealer is by far the worst auto dealer I have ever encountered in all my years of buying cars. It has been 7 hours since I spoke to Carlos regarding my concerns and was told that the manager (or maybe someone else) was going to give me a call to further address my concerns. However, no one has call and I therefore had to call Anthony the Manager to speak to him. I guess once they have your money in hand, they are no longer concern. My conversation with Anthony was the most unprofessional and distasteful conversation I have had with a business when they are in the wrong. He is an arrogant and obnoxious individual who should take a course in customer service as his only concern is himself and looking good rather than delivering the product that was paid for and promised to the customer. Carlos the sales guy seemed to be more apologetic about the fact that he told me the car was ready for pick up yesterday however when my husband showed up there 4 hours later the car was far from being ready. There were no plates or registration on the car, there was no gas in the car and the car was filthy. After waiting a lengthy period of time for plates and registration he had to leave to pick me up from work and was told to take the car with no gas and it being filthy- to return the following day for these mandatory items to be done. I have never in all my years of buying cars heard of a dealer who delivers a car to a buyer with no gas and not washed or cleaned. Causing my husband to spend money to gas up the car himself. This makes me question whether all the things they said they would do, have been done- was the car even serviced? Maybe these guys are new in the business, maybe they don?t understand the importance of customer service and product delivery because as I stated Anthony made it seemed as though this was standard procedure and he (or his employees) had done nothing in the wrong. He proceeded to say he wasn?t even aware there was a problem but in the same breath told me he spent money to fix a light to make sure the car was ready (that currently my husband is at Pep Boys purchasing to replace himself) and once my husband returned today he paid to filled up the gas (which of course was also not accurate, because it was not a full tank that was put in there). My question to him was whether he didn?t think he was supposed to do these things? The fact that he continued to tell me what he supposedly did to get the car ready, I had to remind him that that?s what is expected and it?s call delivering on the product he promised. Instead of being combative with me over the phone, his approach could have been sincerely apologetic for our inconvenience and possibly offer some humility instead of coming across as some arrogant street hustler who contradicted himself every time he opened his mouth to speak. After I informed him that I was indeed going to write a review then he offers me an oil change? Really? Is that the best you can do to compensate on your lack of? My advise would be to save your money and the headache and don?t waste your time purchasing or working with anyone at Signature Auto Sales in Franklin Square. Horrible service and the staff need some serious polishing as they are rough around the edges and clueless on what they are doing.

Bad Experience
I went to look at a vehicle this am to potentially trade my current car . I reached the dealership at 9:15am , 15min before they're to open . Someone showed up at 10am . The sales person I was speaking with over phone wasn't in yet , :9 another Gentleman assisted me with the start of the paperwork , my car was looked at for appraisal. I was instructed that my salesman will be in 30 min. Ok so I waited as time went on I realized it's now a hour after I was informed of the delay. So I left all paperwork , and waited for my return call . I called back at 2pm to find out my salesman never came in to work and that the finance manager would like to speak with me . I must say he was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never experienced anything like this from a business that is solely based on CUSTOMER SERVICE . I will not be doing business with this dealership again . My salesman that helped me today was pleasant and even the one who I spoke with over the phone that didn't make it into work today .. but the last form of communication that was displayed was disgusting!
