The service dept.

The service dept. was kind and understanding and very knowledgeable. Specifically Aaron took the time to call and let us know the progress of our vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle he took the time to explain what was done and any follow up information. Thank you!!!

Place is a joke . Stay away

Worst dealership ever . $900 for a oil change and fuel filters. Insane never heard of that amount in my life . Company needs to be looked in to

Poor service

3 visits to the service department for the same transmission issue. It was good for 4K miles now acting up again and the refuses to even look at it. The owner and son told us to go to a different Ram service department. We purchased the truck there. How disappointing.

Lemon

Stuck with a $53,000 lemon lasted one day broke valve springs in the shop for 6 days out for one broke more valve springs and destroyed motor 200 miles on motor. Stuck with this lemon

Garbage service department

The worst service department you will ever come across. Service person “Jose” is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. He yells at you and treats you like a child. He’s uninformed and unintelligent. When you ask for the service manager he’s always “unavailable” or not there that day this is probably because the service manager is weak and and doesn’t know a thing about customer service based on Jose’s attitude. I will never contact this place again. It appears it’s ran like a mom and pop shop anyway.

Felt harassed

I was interested in a vehicle from this dealer until I kept getting emails, phone calls, and texts. You only need to contact me one way and I will respond but all three before 9am the next morning. When I told them not to contact me again they continued to. I would not do business with this kind of over zealous company. Are they that desperate for a sale?

Nice people, small selection

Test drove a new Chrysler Pacifica at Cabral, salesperson was nice and knowledgeable, and we liked the car. They have a pretty small inventory, and only had one Pacifica LX in stock at the time, in a color combination we didn't like, so we purchased elsewhere. Assuming the real price after negotiating was the same, we would have gladly purchased here and will probably come back for service.

Great Experience!

Came in looking to purchase a certified pre-owned. Rob was super friendly and easy to work with. He wasn't pushy like some other car salesmen. Overall it was a very easy buying process
