I recently purchased a vehicle from Mazda of New Rochelle, and while I had a great experience with the initial sale, my overall experience was less than stellar due to the customer service after the sale. On the positive side, the pricing for the new vehicles was very competitive, and the financing department manager was incredibly helpful in making the financing process smooth and easy. I appreciated how well everything went during the purchase. However, the service after the sale has been a major letdown. I've had multiple follow-up appointments for my car, and each one has been rescheduled at the last minute, often with no regard for my own work schedule. This has caused me to lose valuable time and days off work. Despite expressing my frustrations, all the sales representative could do was apologize and claim there was nothing they could do to help. It's disappointing that once the sale is complete, customer service seems to fall by the wayside. While I’m happy with my car, I can’t say the same for the after-sales experience. I hope Mazda of New Rochelle can improve their customer service to ensure a better experience for future buyers.

Pretty quick & smooth transaction.

Pretty quick & smooth transaction. Massimo answered all of my questions & went above & beyond to find the car that I wanted. Naim was great as well going over all of the numbers with me. He wasn't pushy & worked with my budget. Mariah assisted Naim & she was good, also. Overall it was a great experience and I was happy with the vehicle I chose. Thank you guys, again!
