They were very helpful. I thought for a new Mazda and getting the first service done I would have least gotten a free complimentary oil change. You guys need to give more coupons on services.

The service department did not properly inspect my

The service department did not properly inspect my vehicle and tried to say my damage was not covered under warranty. The damage was a result of a mechanical issue and not an outside influence as the dealer stated. Had the dealer properly inspected the vehicle, they would have known. The service department could not care any less about my issue. Terrible experience and I would never recommend them to my worst enemy

Mazda at New Rochelle were so helpful, we were visiting

Mazda at New Rochelle were so helpful, we were visiting from out of state and they fit us in, helped us with finding a car rental etc. Can't thank them enough! Phillip is the best!

The staff are great.

The staff are great. I love the new valet stand in the parking lot. It makes checking in very easy. Mazda New Rochelle takes great care of my car
