I have been bringing our RX350 here for service since the we purchased them (we are on our second one). Every interaction has been a good one with Ed Sarkis. The whole staff have always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I never feel like we are taken advantage of and trust them to take care of us as customers and take good care of our vehicles. We also enjoy a visit with Todd Sanders (our salesman) when we are there for service.

Poor costumes service. They made me wait a full hour just...

Poor costumes service. They made me wait a full hour just to drop off car for schedule maintenance (even another employee said “that shouldn’t and didn’t have to happen”) no tan out of coffee and cookies so it doesn’t seem like really care about they’re guests. I would definitely go elsewhere but it’s to far and my time is very valuable.

The process was really quick!

Went to the dealership to look at a 2018 ES300H that I found online but ended up buying a new 2019 ES300H instead. With the rebate being offered it was a better deal to get the new car vs a used. I was given a fair deal on my trade and there was no going back and forth on the price. The whole process was smooth!

Great Service

They did great service on my Lexus IS250, I had a recall on the takata airbag originally used on the vehicle and they replaced it free of charge

Recalls

Initially, brought my car in for outstanding recalls. Mr Garza, was very professional, and made me feel at ease. Therefore, I listed all the issues I was having with my car. They were all addressed, prior to fixing. Now my car is running, better than before. I appreciate the excellent service, from Mr. Garza & Valley Lexus
