Erick Toledo is pretty awesome every time I bring in my car for service, but at this particular last visit, he went above and beyond to assist me with a non-Lexus issue. I really appreciated his level of care in proving support me. He will be my permanent request.

Ruben is awesome! He is very professions and always provides explanations in regard to the work that need to be done. The staff (greeter & receptionist) are also very cordial.

Since we were from another city and waited on site for service of our 2013 Lexus, we were pleased the Service Department was quick and got us in and out within one hour.

From the time I walked onto the lot to driving off in my new Lexus, I was treated with dignity and respect. The staff at Valley Lexus did an amazing job. Valley Lexus provided five star service with no pressure at all. It was an amazing buying experience.

We have been leasing with lexus for the past six years. Our lease was short of 3 months so we decided to look at our options online. Dean was a great assistance over the phone but was off on this particular day. He referred us to Justin Merando when we went in. We walked in no one approached all we saw was a couple of younger gentleman staring when we pulled up hiding behind their cubicles. As we walked in we had to hawk someone down and ask for Justin. He heard his name and just said ya ya that's me what do you need help with? His attitude came off very rude and cocky. He was very hesitant to even help! Mind you yes we just got off work my husband had his work clothes on so maybe we didn't fit the stereo type of a customer he had in mind. Needless to say he was not helpful or nice as we continued our conversations, he continued to tell us he had to leave at five for his daughters event and that he was going to pass us on. Great thing he did at that point cause we started to work with TODD SANDERS. Todd looked familiar as he actually helped us in the years past. He was a wealth of knowledge, he was kind, he was willing to listen and get us info something that was within our needs. At no time did he seem unengaged. His conversations all came from genuine help! We got the deal we wanted he was efficient and the last part was we dealt with Chris Reitzel which was the cherry on top he ended the experience so pleasantly. He was personable remembered us from the last time and made sure all our questions were answered. Moral of the story is one bad apple can ruin the whole tree. Todd and Chris were the only reason we stayed with your location and spent the time to move forward but if I was to come in again I would not want Justin or anyone else in that matter to help me! All we got was stares and no CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The service I had at Valley Lexus was amazing. Very thorough and friendly with my car. The free loaner was a nice touch, it seems like most Lexus dealers don’t do loaners correctly. However, the one area of concern/improvement I recommend is the car wash. Car came out worse than how I brought it in. I had to wash it myself again to get rid of all the spots. I understand that it gets busy and all but I would just like slightly more care with the car wash. Everything else was amazing.

I always good service. Helpful in explaining if problems have been found. Very thorough. Work was completed on time Sometimes have to wait quite awhile for sign in or to see the service writer.
