Tony was a good sales guy.

Tony was a good sales guy. Definitely recommend. Sales manager is really nice. (Tall guy with slick back hair)z Pretty sure finance or sales manager is where they got me at the end. But it was late and i was too excited. (My fault) but do your due diligence. They didn’t honor handshake and deal we made. They added on extras after we had agreed to 32,000 plus taxes, titles, and fees. 172 point inspection doesn’t mean much. Refill fluids. But tires were dry rotted on sides. Brakes and rotors were not changed per their own service manual. I will say that they fixed and balanced my tires when i brought up the issue. (After their “inspection” ) Service department told me that they weren’t able to let me see inspection report … the place where the mechanics do the inspection. .. I just wanted to se rotor and brake life, but yeah. That didn’t make much sense. But they were still nice.

Mandatory $1000 starguard aka low jack as apart of the

Mandatory $1000 starguard aka low jack as apart of the sale which they install after the sale. These devices if they fail disable your engine and you have to get it towed. Dealership does bait and switch with starguard price. I paid the same price without starguard installed at Uptown oakland Ford.

Outstanding service experience.

Outstanding service experience. MTM transit & The City of Tracy Thanks you for this. Special thanks to my Service Advisor Debbie, Also the Service Manager for meeting with me to understand the importance of the buses for the City of Tracy and the efforts to provide paratransit service to the disabled citizens of the community.

It took three trips to the dealership to get it fixed.

It took three trips to the dealership to get it fixed. Then, on the last trip, they made me wait four extra days because someone went home early on a holiday weekend. So I was without a car over Labor Day weekend. Then to top it all off, They left my car under a tree, and it was covered in sap when I picked it up. At least I hope thats sap. My advisor, Sonny tried hard though, wasn’t his fault.

The Service staff is awesome!

My Mach E had a flat tire, given that the car does not

My Mach E had a flat tire, given that the car does not have a spare, it had to get towed to the dealership around 3pm on Wednesday. Called the Service dept, but they kept me on hold for 15 minutes with nobody picking up the phone. The next day, there were no calls or even the ability to communicate with an advisor, so I had to personally go to dealership and speak with somebody about getting the tire fixed. Unfortunately, the tire was not repairable, but due to Ford's lack of a solid service-level-agreement to account for their manufacturing policies by subtracting the spare in their EVs, I had to wait for the car to get back on the road. Not angry at Tracy Ford for Ford's decisions, but not satisfied with my experience due to lack of communication and level of urgency for such simple fix. With Ford and Tracy Ford servicing this area, a FLAT TIRE, can take up to 48 hours for your car to be back on the road.
