    I worked with Robert and Joe on buying my absolute dream car, a Mustang. They were beyond exceptional throughout the whole process and made sure I was... taken care of in any way possible. And any questions I had they made sure it was answered. Then following my purchase Tracy Ford checked in to see how I was enjoying the mustang and making sure I was still happy with my purchase. They also made sure to tell me that if I came up with any questions later they’d still be able to help me.

    We stopped as we were passing thru the area and wanted to look at used trucks within our price range. We met a young man named Luis who showed us several... used trucks. He wanted to show us the new truck so we could compare it. We loved the new truck and it wasn’t all that much over our budget so we told Luis to give us his best and final price. He did and we bought! We were out of there in about an hour. The sales manager and finance manager were very nice and accommodating and didn’t over sell us anything. They said this is what we have if you’re interested. We took them up on a couple things but it was no pressure. Great truck buying experience considering we were not stopping in to purchase.

    pretty easy and seamless car buying experience, James Denegri was great, got me a good price, and got me the car i wanted. i was in and out in less than... an hour keys in hand and smile on my face. The whole team was easy to work with and low pressure. i will definitely recommend my friends here and be back for my next car . THANKS AGAIN!

    If you're looking for a car, we (my wife and I) highly recommend Tracy Ford. We live in Emeryville, but were willing to travel a little bit to get a good... deal. On the first weekend of August we bought a Certified Pre Owned 2015 Ford Escape Titanium and we have nothing but praise for everyone we dealt with. The salespeople we initially dealt with, James and Luis, were straightforward about finding a vehicle that met our needs. The General Sales Manager, Joe Snelling, was equally upfront about the financing options and really worked it to get a rate that we could live with. If you've ever been on the lower end of the FICA score card, you know how it feels to be summarily dismissed. Although my FICA score has seen better days, and believe me it has seen MUCH MUCH better days, Joe was able to make it happen and did so in a very respectful manner. That in itself meant a lot. Thank you James, Luis, and Joe. During the paperwork portion of the show, we dealt with Chris. He was fast, yet thorough, but more importantly, he was accountable and made himself available to satisfactorily answer any questions we had. Money is money and all the things you are confronted with add up. Avoiding "buyer's remorse" is a lot easier when you eliminate the unknowns. Thank you Chris. Lastly, the Service Department at Tracy Ford seems to bear the brunt of a lot of negative commentary. Having worked in the automotive industry, I know all too well that there are many legitimate complaints. Any business worth a xxxx takes customer dissatisfaction seriously. For us, dealing with the Service Department was the final hurdle to clear in order to have some semblance of peace of mind. Although I was an hour late for my service appointment, David Corona was a total pro. Working with the sales department, he was able satisfy an issue that we felt had been overlooked, but hadn't discovered till after we drove off the lot. I don't know how many other dealerships would have been as accommodating. But I can attest that Tracy Ford made it right. Thank you David. Obviously communication with the right people is paramount to ensuring a positive car buying experience. I truly believe these folks are committed to making things right and are responsive to their customer's needs. I'll admit there was some apprehension going into this purchase. We had seen some extremely negative posts and were suspicious; however, we had read just as many positive testimonials and were willing to see for ourselves. As far as our own car buying experience is concerned, we have had nothing but first class, thoughtful and sincere professional treatment at every level of this dealership. They stand behind their product and continue to go out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. To this we say "Thank You!"

    I found Tracy Ford to have zero interest in actual customer service. They seem to want to tell you whatever it takes to have you sign and out the door... ASAP, even if it is completely fabricated. I worked with Baker, James, Evan, Fabio, and Chris, who sold me a CPO Ford Fiesta with all sorts of problems. They promised to high heaven that, if anything were to go wrong with the car, they would "make it right". But in fact, once I stepped foot off the dealership, those promises were null and void -- they literally wouldn't even return my calls. The best part was when the battery died during my test drive. James promised this is a thing that happens "all the time" and that if the battery was actually bad, they would be happy to test it and fix it. But after all the papers were signed, their battery shop was "closed on Sundays" -- never mentioned before. Fine, we'll bring it back -- but they wouldn't even return our phonecalls. I ended up stranded on the side of the road and had to take it into a different dealership to get it fixed. Don't trust anything they say, double check and verify everything, or better yet -- avoid this place. Go buy your car somewhere where they actually care about customer service.

    I had one of the better truck buying experiences I've ever had at Tracy Ford. Leonard and Eric were the two I dealt with. Their knowledge was legit, and... after kicking back with them for a little bit it was more of them wanting to get me exactly what I wanted as opposed to just trying to sell me on something.

    We walked in not knowing if and what vehicle would fit our needs. We have two trucks (Fords) and recently purchased a used car at Tracy Ford. The gas... money savings on the nissan made us think of purchasing another car to offset the gas spending . Our sales associate and Joe Snelling were very helpful in explaining why leasing a car would make the most sense for our family and our finances. They were right! We expected when he said "lease" we would get a little standard car. Never did we dream we would be driving off the lot with a 2018 Ford Fusion, which by the way is an amazing vehicle. It has all the bells and whistles of a very expensive car, except for the price and overall payment. Joe and his sales crew were personable, logical, confident and caring which you don't always get at a car lot. They made us feel like they customized a vehicle to match our needs verses make us fit into one they wanted off the lot. This is huge coming from someone who has owned many vehicles through the years. We could not have asked for better service.
