Manly Honda

I bought a used 2002 Honda CR-V for my cousin and while original owners had all paperwork and the car appeared very well maintained, I decided to have Manly Honda do a used car checkout. No problems were found and I was exceptionally pleased with the Manly team and in particular with Bill Petty the Service Writer. He is very professional and personable. Great service and great team of folks at Manly!

I went in to have the microphone for my bluetooth system replace and was treated very nicely. After being told that the service would take about 45 minutes, I ended up waiting for almost 2.5 hours to get my car back. I have no problems waiting for service repairs, but I dislike waiting way longer than I planned with no one giving me updates on what was taking so long.

My truck broke down. I was in desperate need of a new truck. Dan didn't rush me, but patiently answered my questions and confidently dealt with any concerns. Even though I was in a tight spot, never once did I get the feeling Dan was trying to "jam me" with a quick money maker for him, he really wanted for me to have my needs met at a price i could afford.

Was in a situation with overwhelming debt load on current non-operational vehicle. Manly Honda made it possible to rid my debt and get me into a new vehicle. Very Pleased!

i am giving honda five stars because there customers service was very pleasing and they immediately have you trust them. i will highly recommend honda to anyone interested in buying a car.

My experience with Dan Thompson was outstanding as usual... My family and I have bought 5 cars through Dan Thompson and we will continue to do so. He knows his stuff, understood our needs, was efficient, clear and patient as he walked us through the minefield of paperwork We have recommended him to our friends who have also bought cars from him... Sales person where accommodating and easy to talk to. They where friendly and nice. Was able to have the price of the car lowered. Definitely will recommend to others the experience I have with sales.

Despite the long wait that usually happens with buying a car, the workers were really informative and helpful with everything. Pat Doyle was my sales person and performed an excellent job, we asked frequent questions and he always responded back quickly and informatively. Everything was processed in a timely manner rather than rushed which was very nice.

I was happy to work with Curtis McMicheaux. I didn't feel pressured. I felt he was willing to let me test drive the cars of my choice rather than his choice. I sent him a message regarding the type of car I was interested in and he selected a car that impressed me and it was within my budget. I went with the car he selected. I'm not a good negotiator, however, I felt my deal was a decent one. The finance person was kind of forceful, however, I can handle my own and I was not going to be forced to do anything I did not want to do. I’m very happy with my purchase and I would recommend others to do business with Curtis McMicheaux.
