My service experience

TED is the MAN!! I worked with him the whole way through, and honestly I can't thank him and the team at Honda enough! I took my 2008 Honda Pilot in for a new alternator. Because my car was still under warranty they checked out everything, come to find out I had 1 recall and a few other issues all taken care of at the time of my original service. I was blow away by the attention to detail, customer service, and human kindness that comes outta this dealerships service department.

Excellent Service

We had to have the car towed to the dealer. Even thought it was a Friday morning and we didn't have an appointment, we waited less than 10 minutes for a service writer. Ted Krupinsky was upbeat and friendly, listened to the issue, wrote up the service order and had us out the door in short order. He called later in the day to give us rundown on required repairs and final estimate. The final cost actually ended up to be less than the quoted estimate. We picked up,the car and were processed in 5 minutes and on our way.

Very pleasant experience

After 17 years with my Lexus, I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. I drove a long distance to test several different brands, but after driving the CRV Touring, I never left the Manly Honda dealership. Jesse "Baseball" Bower listened to what I wanted to pay and worked very hard to find my car. When I arrived a week later to pick it up, he spent time showing me the new technology so I could feel comfortable driving back home. My "Molten Lava" Honda ROCKS! Thanks Jesse for hitting it out of the park.

Honda CR-V for Hawaii

Vince and Chris were great... due to copy machine issues we were kept waiting a long time that day to finish up our purchase. Thanks to Chris who brought out the papers to our home the next day we were able to finish up. Also Chris was great in arranging transport of our car to Oakland to be shipped to our vacation home in Hawaii.

GO SEE JESS

I bought a new 2017 civic sport with 42 miles on it from a broker, not a dealer. Since, Jess has been more than just a service advisor. He was able to get leather installed through a company I would recommend and now we are working on upgrading the sound system. Jess will not load you up with things that are not needed. Overall I would say I continue going back because of my relationship with him. I feel like if he weren't there I may take my car elsewhere. Pricing is fair for dealer work. Clean facilities. Nice waiting area.

Above & beyond

If you want to dealership that is going to go above and beyond to get you the best deal possible, this is where you want to go… The sales people are friendly, caring, and not pushy at all which is very rare in the car industry

BEYOND OUTSTANDING!

I recently purchased a car from Manly Honda & I must say I am absolutely floored & astounded at how friendly, hard working, honest, well informed & helpful they are. Sergio Brito Arreguin, Thomas Henschel & Tim Dang all worked together in helping me attain an amazing deal on my 2017 Honda Accord. Purchasing a car from Honda & alongside Sergio, Thomas & Tim has been hands down the best car-purchasing experience I have experienced yet. Exceptional Service from Bill Petty

i am a senior citizen with a heart problem. I must not get overheated. While traveling from Eureka to the San Francisco Peninsula, my air conditioning went out. Bill Petty managed to squeeze me in to a very full repair schedule. While my car was being repaired, I loved being in your wonderfully air conditioned waiting room. I have been to Many Honda before, when a tire blew out, and received similar excellent service. I often commute between Eureka and Redwood City and know I can alway count on you. Thanks!

DAN IS THE MAN!!!!

Dan made our leasing experience as easy as it can get. This was our 4th car we have leased from him. We arrived at Manly Honda and Dan pulled up in the Odessey we wanted. We were quite surprised because there were supposedly only two of that color combination in all of northern CA. We test drove it and we were sold. Dan has a real knack for making his clients feel like the car buying/leasing experience feel positive and simple. All of the employees were super friendly! 5? for Manly!
