Great customer service

Giovanni made sure I was very informed on how to work the car, even set up my phone to the Bluetooth helped me navigate threw all the menus and settings the car provided. He made sure before I left to explain all the safety features lights, fog lights, turning signals, etc. I highly recommended Giovanni Cermony.

Excellent and satisfying

I'm very satisfied with the service I received at Manly Honda. Everyone was very attentive and respectful to my needs. The truck was given to me in excellent condition and it drives great.

Good but a bit unorganized

Just a little wild when you get there. Feels like you need a line explaining how to start. They helped me more when I get there but leaving was like ok car s done. Good luck finding your car.........

Smooth, easy and no pressure

Our experience buying a used car at Manly was very smooth. We did not feel pressured and everyone was nice and kind and accommodating to our numerous requests. We brought our children with us and staff were very accommodating to them as well. I definitely will go back here whenever we need our next vehicle.

Wonderful Experience Getting my Dream Car!

We are new to the North Bay area, and were in the market for a new car. We have been fans of Honda vehicles, so it was a natural choice to stop by this dealership. From beginning to end, our salesman Chris Tara-Brown was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable; which really helped our purchase go as smooth as possible. On the finance department, Thomas Henschel, was fantastic! He went above and beyond when it came to finalizing the deal and setting up our loan with our bank. Lastly, Jesse Broadway also stepped in to help briefly during the last part of the process. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase and Manly Honda's fantastic staff.

Great customer service.

I have always enjoyed excellent service from all the employees I have come in contact with. Make sure someone goes to the customer waiting area to let people know when the next van leaves to take to take them home. The intercom system is not heard very well.

Happy new Pilot owner

We have bought 3 or 4 new Hondas at Manly Honda. We were just as happy with this latest purchase of a 2017 Honda Pilot. We were treated well, paid a fair price. The final detail on the car was very nice. They are the. best Honda dealer around.

Manly Honda Service makes good

I had a brake/front end issue in my 2012 Pilot when I moved to Santa Rosa and took it to Manly to get fixed. It manifested itself as a noise when braking and it turned out to be a myriad of issues (warped rotors, faulty bearings and front axel issues). Manly initially machined the rotors, which addressed the noise issue but because of the bearing/axel issues, that just changed the behavior to a pulsation. Fortunately I have an extended warranty on the car and the bearings and axel were fixed for very little cost to me but that did not remove the pulsation. Manly service, took the car back in, machined the rotors again (because the bearing/axel issue may have caused the original machining of rotors to be off) at their cost and now the problem has finally gone away. Big praise on my part for Bill Robinson (service rep) and his boss and the whole service team for sticking by me to get this issue resolved.

Great experience!

The salesman, Sergio, and the finance person, Mike, gave excellent service in all respects . The car in all is perfect for me (and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. The reason I didn't give it a five star rating is probably not the fault of personnel but the two times I ha to deal with paper work took an inordinate amount of time, which was relieved a great deal by the Sergio's and Mike's positive and humorous personalities. I would definitely buy form them again and recommend them to friends and family.
