I was sold tires based on cost comparisons to Costco. I was disappointed this visit to learn they charge for rotation which is free at Costco.

It was nice to be able to drop it off and have it done...

It was nice to be able to drop it off and have it done when I got back. The waiting area was nice also to wait. Mr. Dorsey was very friendly and professional.

Great from start to finish. Abraham is professional,...

Great from start to finish. Abraham is professional, honest and very helpful. The Clarity is a bit tricky with the many government tax and EV incentives. As well as the special financing. He informed me on how the whole program works and was also patient with my questions. He also helped me look for a different color that my wife insisted. Tim, the manager, who did the paperwork was also a pleasant to work with. My previous vehicle at another dealer was a horrible experience. So working with these two gentlemen was a pleasure. Will definitely recommend and be back again for our next vehicles. Santa Rosa is a bit far from where we live, but it was worth it.

Very professional. Thorough, honest, efficient, fair pricing. Abraham was a pleasure to work with. Required recall repair work was corrected as expected. Having the car delivered and having a 7 day no-risk return period made it a no-risk / no-brainer.

I have been having my Hondas serviced at Manly for many years, even though it involves a five-hour round trip from where I live. Their level of professionalism cannot be surpassed, and the staff is always personable and willing to go the extra mile to be helpful. I felt very safe, with COVID precautions in place, when my car was serviced recently, and Jose Rocha (my contact there on that day) was wonderful. I've never had anything less than stellar service at Manly.
