I had an 8am appointment. There were only 2 people ahead...
I had an 8am appointment. There were only 2 people ahead of me on line and I waited and waited and wasn’t seen by an advisor until 8:45am. There were at least 5 advisors seeing customers at their desks too. There was also no organization as a line so everyone was just standing around near the automatic doors. For just dropping off my car for a simple oil change it took much longer than needed. I have no idea why it even took so long just for a drop off. When I finally saw my advisor it took less than 5 minutes to drop it off so not sure why my wait to too long. I had my ride waiting to pick me up since 8:10 so they had to wait long as well. There was also no way to social distance 6 feet apart when we were all standing and waiting near those automatic doors which I felt very uncomfortable about. Ive been a member at Honda for years and this was my worst experience and makes me want to go elsewhere just for a basic oil change. I hope in the future the wait for having a scheduled appointment is better and more organized

I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he gave me several options to choose from. I'm recommending all my family and friends to see Michael. Jennifer was very helpful by reminding me the day before with a phone call about my appointment (with my hectic life), letting me know that I would have a loaner vehicle ready and waiting for me once I dropped the vehicle off for the repair. She was very nice and thorough and took the time to go over each function of the loaner vehicle and made sure I understood them and asked if I had any questions. She then proceeded to give me a card with her number and said to call if I had any problems or questions. She was an excellent example of the type of dedicated, knowledgeable and kind employees who put the customer first, for which I am greatly appreciative.

I was so pleasantly surprised to have Svetlana work with us. It was so easy and comfortable. We narrowed it down from six cars to three and she always made sure we saw each car. Even if some of the cars were on the other side of the lot. She just brought them to us. She also made it easy doing the paperwork. I have and will always recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a car. Even the gentleman that delivered the car to me was so nice.

Nothing but professional service from Yesenia! We were able to strike a deal over the internet and phone prior to us driving 6 hours to the dealership, she promised a fast interaction that she would have prepared, and she delivered! We were in and out in less than half an hour! Would 10/10 recommend both Yesenia and Manly Honda!
