Rad Customer service was top notch!
Rad Customer service was top notch! Tried to book online the night before and it didn't go through. When I arrived at 7 AM they were able to take the car in for the oil change and pick up a rental. It was so easy and fast. I loved the video they sent to update me on what they checked. It was neat to have a sneak peak of the mechanics work day

Hi.
Hi. My score got my last visit would be 1. I brought my car in because I had a p try oven with an intermittent problem with my car starting. They could not identify the problem and I left after paying a $130 for diagnostic. They didn't tell me what it could be. Just said it didn't happen for them. Not satisfied. I still have the same problem.

Everything was good.
Everything was good. They did not get 5/5 because the selling price was not accurately explained to me by them until after I gave my 5,000$ down payment on my debit card.

They were helpful and provided a video of the car's
They were helpful and provided a video of the car's inspection. The cost seemed expensive, especially since there were no problems. The check engine light had to be recalibrated so it won't come on when there is not a problem. They were able to arrange a low cost ride with Lyft to take me home, but Lyft would not come back for the pick up. I arranged for my own Uber to take me back to get the car. Everyone one that helped me was pleasant. The waiting area and bathroom were both clean.

Very vague on the phone.
Very vague on the phone. Pricing given was incorrect. Had 105 mileage service, y'all missed informing ñ/trying to to fix a glaring issue with my tail light. Didn't go over whatever was allegedly checked. Couldn't find initial problem.
