Pat made the experience really easy

Pat Doyle was super nice and great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never ever pushed me at any time to buy the vehicle. easy, clear, no problems, perfect

Manly Honda deserves 5 stars because of their excellent sellers. A decision was made fairly quickly, so it was all easy. I would definitely recommend!

Great customer service!!!

I had a pleasant time purchasing from Curt Miller. First off I love his last name because it's my favorite beer but also the fact that he was very kind and moved quickly to help us. Would recommend to all my friends.

Unusual diagnosis

My car broke down on a vacation and was towed to Manly. They told me my brake system had somehow gotten contaminated with motor oil, something that almost never happens. I called my regular mechanic back home and asked him about this; he was very skeptical and suggested that I have it towed to his shop, 50 miles away. I did so. After looking at the car, he concluded that Manly's diagnosis was correct, that they figured the problem out surprisingly quickly, and that the relatively small price they charged for the diagnosis was very reasonable. Ordinarily, private mechanics have nothing good to say about the dealer, as anyone knows who has listened to Click and Clack. The fact that my mechanic thought Manly did a good job seems like a good reason to go there. My only complaint is that it took a very long time to get the car checked in when I first arrived in the tow truck.

Honda Pilot Lease

I really appreciated that Tom let me borrow a Honda Pilot overnight so I could get a true feel for how the care handles and it's features. I was considering leasing another Highlander or a Pilot and without the longer test drive I probably would have stayed with the Highlander. Tom had everything lined up for me every time I visited the dealership. The process was very smooth for the most part. I just wish somehow there was a way to shorten the actual 'paperwork' part of the transaction.

Positive experience at honda

Pat Doyle was a delight to work with. He was extremely patient with me while making decisions and never once pushed me in any direction. I would highly recommend working with Pat if you are looking for a knowledgeable, super nice, and patient sales person. Thank you Pat!

Expect a Long Wait

I scheduled a standard oil change for my vehicle and was given an appointment for the following day. This is after I tried to schedule pick up, but was told I would need to schedule it at least 3 days in advance. Not a big deal, but there is no mention of that that I can see on the website. The website, by the way, is definitely NOT user friendly. I tried to schedule using the email they sent but it would not process, so I visited the Manly site. To have to set up an account and jump through all kinds of hoops, so I opted to used the virtual help. Notably did that take a long time but the person was not very knowledgeable. After asking my name for the third time in a nearly 20 minute text exchange, I lost faith that they would schedule things properly and finally just called in to the dealership myself. so, back to the scheduled appointment...I arrived within 5 minutes of my appointment and was told to be seated and someone would meet with me in a moment. I’m 8 months pregnant with a 2 year old in tow, so an appointment is key for me. I go to sit down and thankfully I had plenty of snacks because I waited and waited and no one came over to see me. I asked the people around me and one lady said she’d been waiting for 2 hours for her windshield and the guy to my right had a good hour in for an oil change that he’d also made an appointment for. Another guy said they told him they were delayed because they had to wash some cars. I went to check with the front desk and she was confused because the person that should’ve spoken to me within 10 minutes of my being there had still not shown up and she couldn’t locate him. She told me she would get someone and I went back to my seat. An hour passed and finally someone came to see me it took another 45 minutes for them to change my oil and get my car back to me. I ended spending 2.5 hours there for something that should’ve taken less than one. Oh, and when I went up to confirm the service Inwanted, they were going to charge me $50 more. I told the person that’s not the what the coupon o received in my email said and he told me, “Well, first, you didn’t tell me you had a coupon.” Perhaps that’s because we hadn’t spoken until just that moment? All in all, I felt very upset and just confused about the whole visit. There was no apology for the lengthy delay or even an explanation. Why make an appointment? I like going to the dealership to get serviced for these things but for the same price and 2 hours less I can go somewhere else.

Refurbished headlamps

Everything was perfect and the results outstanding. I love the way the headlamps look now. I recommend manly Honda to everyone I know who has a Honda

Way beyond my expectations

Chris Tara-Browne was the best! Buying was smooth and stress-free. He made sure I chose the right vehicle for me ; no more, no less. Truly seems to care. Very happy and highly recommend Chris and Manly Honda.

Used car purchase

We went in to look at a specific car. I had called to see if it was still available. They had the car pulled to the front and were ready for us when we got there. Aj, was very easy to work with on our trade as well as the purchase. Aj, listened to our needs and was extremely helpfully. Steve was great on explaining all warranty options available as well as streamlining the finance process. They have great teamwork. We will return when we have a need for another vehicle.
