So far my wife and I absolutely love the 2016 Odyssey that was purchased from Pat Doyle. The car is very comfortable to drive and really good on gas for a minivan and the sales experience was awesome. The only 2 complaints I have about this car is that I purchased a used car that should have been inspected properly and the necessary work done that it needed. Grant it the only thing that it needed was Tires, yet here I am 38 days after buying this car and I am putting tires on it, I found this very absurd considering the price I paid for the car and the fact that the car I traded in needed nothing at all and had brand spanking new tires on it, pretty crappy when you have to buy tires for a vehicle you just purchased and haven’t even made a payment on yet. The second complaint I have is that the drivers seat bottom the finish is wearing off the leather and I brought this to the service departments attention on my first visit and was told that it’s a cleaning issue which in fact it’s not and when I had received the car back the service department had tried to clean it and made the problem even worse than it was.

Follow up , previous review.

To add insult to injury, after my new CRV, rear view camera still not working, they gave me the most disgusting loaner ever. Not only filthy inside and out, the brakes make a scraping noise, and the service light on dash was on indicating oil issues. Did not want to drive it til I bring it back. Kind of a slap in the face considering I just bought a NEW vehicle 2 weeks ago , and instead of enjoying it, I’m forced to sit here with a piece of xxxx loaner car.

Quick and easy

Very easy to deal with I came in with cash Alex said the truck would be ready and it was I like to buy cars like this no sales pitch quick and easy

staff all friendly

staff was very helpful, friendly and got me the car that I wanted, They got me something to drink when needed.. show me several cars which I test drove

This guy makes miracles happen!

Jared Hooper took my almost impossible situation and put me in a car within 3 days. After months and months of being let down, he came through big time with a 2016 Hyundai Accent. I also have to thank and highly recommend Jeff Dantzler, the lenders would have never passed me through without his hard work. I recommend both the dealership and Jared, very kind and genuine. No xxxxxxxx, what to be expected from the first continental Honda dealership in the US.

Not sure what a title should be.

Jose Flores was very patient going over everything in the car. Mr. Lumibao took the stress out of signing so many papers for the sale.

LOF and Tranny Service

The service went well it just took longer than we expected. We didn’t get the car back until late in the day and we had a 7:30 am appointment.

Excellent and very helpful

I was able to leave the lot with the car that I wanted, with a fair price and lots of add ons. Max was very helpful with all the paperwork and all the questions i brought up.
