I visited Bill Dodge Kia while shopping for a used car. I visited the dealer twice, did a couple of test drives. The salesman was very kind and helpful.... What was confusing to me was getting an email from the manager challenging my “repeated“ (2) visits and wondering how to appease me. I felt like they had an agenda for me to buy a certain ( more expensive car). When I asked about the less expensive one I test drove, I was told abruptly “It was just bought over the phone”. The showroom wasn’t welcoming or warm. I have bought in Bill dodge Westbrook before and was quite satisfied. This was a really strange experience. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I decided to try a local dealer even though I had been to NH and had great service and a doable down pmt. Steven Catalano_( sp?) Came and sat in front... of me never even introducing himself. I had to ask who he was. Very condescending and unfriendly! After Ispent at least 45 min. With test drive etc. I'm told my down pmt is $4,500! Insane! In NH it was 1k! I was disgusted laughed and left. I do not recommend this dealer! I was treated that an amoeba because of imperfect credit!!!

This place is just amazing! Even though we have a Nissan Dealer in our own City, we keep getting the best deal, best price, and best service from the people... at Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. We priced out a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and Bill Dodge gave us more for our trade and saved us thousands over everyone else. Bob and Dan were friendly and not pushy at all, we like that over other Dealers we have dealt with. The New showroom is really very nice, you can watch them service your car through the large windows and seating area, and the Large Screen T.V. makes waiting for service very nice. It's just so pleasant dealing with honest friendly people, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't drive 15 minutes to buy a vehicle and save big time. This is our families 4th new vehicle from the Nissan of Saco Dealership, and I'm sure it won't be our last! Thanks to all the staff at Bill Dodge for treating us with respect and dignity, and again thanks for the great deal!
Stopped in for a ‘brief’ visit to look at SUVs—ended up spending hours chatting with Rob and Matt, test-driving a few vehicles, and finally selecting a... Kia Stinger! Very happy with the overall experience and especially with the car! :)
