Eric Devoe was very professional and knowledgeable

Eric Devoe was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of buying my new vehicle. He listened to understand my needs and he was patient throughout and never pushy. He followed up on my questions, as promised, in a timely manner. He showed true appreciation for my time as well. I was able to handle all the details remotely over the phone, and when I showed up he had everything ready for an efficient and smooth process. I highly recommend working with him on the purchase of your next vehicle.

We had an excellent experience purchasing from Gregory Infiniti. Sylvester was very professional and made us feel comfortable as we test drove several vehicles. He was thorough in showing us the features of each vehicle and was knowledgeable in answering our questions. Overall, he put us at ease during the process of determining which vehicle was right for us. Once we were ready to purchase, the entire process was very streamlined and efficient – the no hassle pricing, the fair trade value, and the tools they use to share the details of the purchase were easy to use and transparent. Steve was wonderful to work with and we were able to complete almost the entire purchase from home, which was a welcome change from previous experiences at other dealerships. They just made it so easy and took much of the stress out of purchasing a vehicle. Everyone we worked with at the dealership was professional and efficient. We are happy customers and would recommend this dealership to family and friends!!

No pressure sales, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Fantastic, clean facility. Competitive pricing. Car was cleaned and set for us to look at before we arrived and all features and product info was presented before we sat down for the purchasing process.

They try to scam you!

We wanted to buy out our leased vehicle and went there Saturday afternoon. Instead of a simple transaction, they tried to turn it into a complete scam, telling us it's their internal policy (not Infinity's) to perform a "vehicle inspection" for a $360 dollars fee, which we had to come back for on Tuesday, before we can purchase out the car. That's on top of the scam they ran on me when I leased a car from them in 2019, we agreed on 36 months lease, when I came home, paperwork showed 39 months lease. We turned around and left, Motor Werks did it in 2 hours without any "inspections", just a regular dealer fee and a title fee. Stay away from these Gregory scammers....

Will never be back to this dealer.

Will never be back to this dealer. Their way of sales is unethical. Hidden fees on prices that aren't competitive. Sales people will tell you up front the fees are to offset their advertised prices. Legal False advertising. STAY AWAY~!!!

Dont be fooled.. know how this business operates.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS - no haggle all hassle. 2 sales people came right out and said they add on fees "to offset their competitive pricing." complete joke. You will be sorry you wasted your time with this dealer or if you prefer wasting money this would be the right dealer for you. These fees have no added value. Nobody cares if you stamp a serial number on each door. If they did my insurance would have a discount for it. Another fee for paint protection on a 13 year old vehicle. Dont worry newer cars are closer to 1k for that line item.

Great service, and I was very pleased.

Great service, and I was very pleased. The waiting room is awesome. I enjoyed the massage chairs. I will continue to bring my infiniti to Gregory's for service and perhaps s future Infiniti purchase.

Look elsewhere

Purchased a certified vehicle from this dealership. Within the first 8 mos. Of ownership tires need to be replaced and breaks are starting to squeak, work from home and drove only 4k miles in that time frame. Auto breaking and other security options don't work properly. I wouldn't trust their certification inspection or trust that it even went thru an inspection to be honest. Shady dealership, there are much better Infiniti dealers to give your business too that are honest. Love the brand, not this specific establishment.
