I have purchased a used 2005 Mustang and then a 2016 QX50 from Gregory Infiniti. In addition I have a first year 08 EX35 with 165,000 miles on it that... has only ever had to have the radiator replaced. I had an excellent sales experience on the Mustang, so we came back and purchased the certified QX50 and received the same excellent experience with a different salesman. No matter the difference in price, each experience was laid back and pleasant. I was able to sit and look at everything I wanted too and they even brought up the final three vehicles together so we could make a final decision. Service was just as excellent. Comfortable, out of the weather, and they listened to an extra problem I had when I came in. Online appointments are easy to make and I was kept informed the whole process via phone, email, and text. I was issued a report and was asked up front to approve being charged. No extra pushiness or over selling just taking care of what I wanted taken care of. I was able to use a brand new Q50 as a loaner....which makes me want one lol.. and I was able to take care of everything without missing any work or time from my schedule. I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from Gregory and I am actually looking forward to getting some recall work done on the EX35. Top notch and I can’t wait to see the new facility. Brought my car in for a oil and filter change and check up. The check up determined that I needed a under warranty part which was discussed with me at... time of visit in the findings section. I was informed about the part being in soon and requiring a free loan vehicle while mine is being fixed. Easy process and thank you for the info
Thank you for the best car buying experience I've ever had! I traveled from Tennessee to purchase a used G37 and was very concerned about the condition... of the vehicle before I came in. I talked with Joey Gesualdo in the Internet Department and also with one of the managers Rich Kopczynski and they assured me that the vehicle was in excellent shape. Once I got to the dealership they had the vehicle pulled inside so I could inspect it and they couldn't have been more right. The whole process went very smoothly and I will consider them in the future when I am looking for my next Infiniti. Great Job!

They add 1258 in paint protection and a warranty to all cars and tell you its mandatory to purchase. I told them i don't want it....They said i am sorry... its in the price. 1258 in "accessories" which brings the price in line and not the best deal with all other dealers. It's a scam don't fall for it .

Went in for an oil change/tire rotation and they took care of me fast and easy! Sat in lounge and did my work while I waited. Snack and coffee and water... provided...I was good. Very friendly service!

Purchased a used E35... test drove and was unhappy at how noisy, salesman said his wife's was just like that and that was normal, found the resonator to... muffler connections completely rusted out as in gone. Also said 30 point inspection passed. Rear brakes were rusted calipers not working as they should. Not hard to see it either. Then they stole the hatchback cover and who knows what else as I waited for an hour while they "cleaned" the already immaculate car. Hmmmmmm
