This infinity has to be the best there is out there. Our lease was about to be up and I wasn’t sure if we wanted a different make of car or if I wanted to keep our QX80 which I absolutely love. To make a long story short, we went to other dealerships to see other cars and it just didn’t compare. The customer service here is just unmatched. Infinity is just such an amazing car make. The transparency and willingness to help was amazing. Victor and Joey have by far been the best we’ve ever dealt with. Thank you for making this process so smooth and stress free. My husband and I had the best Dealer experience here like no other. The team that assisted us ( David our Sales agent, Joey the Sales Manager, and Dan in Financing) were the best, and going above and beyond seemed like their everyday practice. The process was extremely smooth. We told them we lived almost 2 hours away, and they made sure everything would be ready when we arrived. I have been having my Infinity serviced at Gregory INFINITI since purchasing the car. I have found the service department to be extremely accommodating always taking the cat in at the appointed time and having it clean and ready as promised. Prior to any work being done, it has been explained to me and reiterated at the time of pickup and before paying.
