I purchased a new 2010 Mazda 3 from them last summer and it was my first new car buying experience. That day they were filming a commercial and it was difficult to get someone to speak to us. Finally I got a salesman (Willie) to help me and went through the purchase quickly and relatively easily. My car had a small dent that they agreed to have a dent repair guy come fix after the purchase. About a week later, I got a call saying they didn't have the proper paperwork and I had to fax in income verification, etc. They also had to update the purchase agreement and I had to call 3 times and wait a month to get a copy. The dent repair person never contacted me. When I called my salesman for help, he said he contacted them but I waited 3 weeks without a call. I called the sales manager after 3 weeks and the next day the dent repair person called me and repaired my dent. If I had to do it over again, I would have bought a bike.

Poor communication
We preordered a car from them and while it came it was a pain because they were nigh on impossible to get in touch with. After not returning emails and phone calls the salesman claimed that he could not call us because when he tried to call out their lines automatically dialed 911. His boss was equally unresponsive. It also took more than twice as long as they'd promised to get one and in the process they tried to upsell us on a fancier model. The pickup process took more than double as long as it would at most dealers because none of the paper work was ready and it took them forever to furnish it. At least the price was good.
