I came in for my first service on my vehicle. I should have left when I pulled in The car in front of me was being moved and the service man did not xxxx the back door and drove off, hitting the door on the side of the building. That was my clue to leave but I stayed- wrong decision. I told the service man I had a nail in my tire and asked for advice. He had sound advice for me. When my car was finished, the first thing he said to me was that tires had been rotated and the tire with the nail was now on the front. I get home and the next day my husband asks why I never rotated the tires. In fact, the tire with the nail is still in the same place it was originally. Tires were never rotated- a service that was paid for and not completed. I called and spoke to the service man and he agreed this was unacceptable. He was supposed to call me back with a resolution- I have heard nothing!

Victor sold me an Acura TLX. He was very helpful and patient with me with my careful decision to purchase another vehicle. As a man of faith, I relate to his Calling to servanthood, no matter the platform. He sent me off in my new ride with hope and confidence that I made the right decision to buy from him. Excellent!

I’ll start by saying my experience with my salesman Nick was easy and pleasurable. The whole buying process was smooth. My trouble started 50 plus days out. It was an out of state transfer of tags. The dealership did not start the paperwork until 6 weeks after delivery. When I called to inquire where we stood Nick responded with it takes time. At this point I was worried about the 60 day temp tag expiring. They then had to issue another temp tag. I the mean time my plates expired then the issues started, which I became aware of on a email from them. When I called I could not speak to the people who are in charge of the transfer process, only my salesperson who is in the middle of this try to explain to me and their dept what each of us are saying. I am now 7 weeks and not resolved. From what I can figure is if the process of transfer was started sooner we would have had a problem. My biggest complaint of them, is the people in charge of the process will not speak with me. Which I feel is unprofessional and disrespectful of myself

When I say , Mr. Victor Castro of Rosenthal Acura were the answer to my prayers. Because it was nobody but God that order my steps to this dealership. To have Mr. Victor Castro be my salesman. A gentleman with decades of auto sales experience and excellent customer service. His calm demeanor, gave me a since of calmness. That instantly confirmed for me, I was in good hands. An immense value, that is not found in today's dealerships. I'm beyond grateful and cannot say Thank You enough. Now I can drive my 63yrs old brother with adult autism around. In a reliable car with a peace of mind. May God Bless Mr. Castro abundantly. Rosenthal Acura has a true gem on their team for sure. Peace & Blessing

This is my sixth car purchase/lease from Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg. I've always had great service here so I just keep coming back to what I know. Victor is always a pleasure to work with. This is the third vehicle that I lease through him. Everything was great I was in and out very quickly, which was such a pleasure! Thank you!
