We went to Douglass VW not sure what we were looking for. A year earlier, I had looked at the GTI, and the salesperson Vlad V.recognized and remembered me. That was great. He was very low-key and was an expert in product knowledge. You can tell he really likes cars and driving and was pretty honest about the pros and cons of the different VW models and even competitors. We ended up trading in two cars for a Tiguan lease and a CC purchase. The negotiation was pain-free and we got top dollar for our trades and a very fair sale price. He even worked it out so we could get the VW "owner loyalty" bonus on one of the cars. He was great with follow-up but not pushy. Was very interested in a Volkswagen Jetta and had went to a dealer close to my job and wanted to take it for a test drive... Well after being at the dealer for about 10 mins I realized that the salesman did not know much about the car... But was very forceful in wanting me to buy it from him... He sat me down and asked me about my wants and needs in the vehicle I was interested in... Met with Tito at Douglas by a friends recommendation and wow what a great experience there with Tito... He seemed honest and knew alot about Volkswagens but most importantly he answered every question that I could think of... If your looking for a honest and very knowledgeable salesman then go buy a car from Tito....

At the time my current vehicle broke down and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase another car with payments, also I wasn’t sure if I was going to get approved because of my credit. I finally made a decision to give it a try and I was approved that day and leaving with a vehicle of my choice without any problems. My sales representative was great and his name is Dave. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me that he was going to take good care of me. Any questions that I had he was able to answer them without a problem. He is definitely recommended by me. Trust me if you want a car and aren’t sure about anything go there and ask for Dave.
