Danny, proactively and of his own initiative, cautioned me that my maintenace could take a few hours to complete and helped me decide to leave my vehicle and get shuttle service to and from Douglas. That was a tremendous help with me using my time more effectively.

I had such a great experience buying my first car on my own with Dave S at Douglas VW. I met him about a month before when I was still looking at different options, but after searching around, I knew that the 2024 Tiguan was the car for me. Prior to going back to the dealership, Dave was happy to get on the phone with me and go through all of my additional questions about the car. He was extremely easy to reach and answered every question that I/my family had during the test driving and buying process. He is very knowledgeable and it’s evident that he truly cares about his clients. The day after I drove my car home, he even followed up with me to see how my drive home went. Buying a car is a huge commitment, but I felt totally supported and that I made the right decision with Dave’s help. My experience at Douglas Volkswagen was great! Dave Suchocki assisted me throughout the entire process. He was very informative, which helped me greatly in me making my decision on my 2024 Taos. This being my first time purchasing a new vehicle, Dave provided me with a smooth process from beginning to end. He was always easy to get in contact with if I had any questions or concerns. Prior to me purchasing my Taos, I had a vehicle that I wanted to trade in but was unable to safely drive it to the dealership. However, Dave went above and beyond to get the vehicle transported off my private residence, all throughout having experienced a snow/ice storm a few days prior to. I am greatly satisfied with the purchase of my 2024 Taos and would recommend Douglas Volkswagen and Dave S. to anyone looking into getting a new vehicle.

I could not believe how easy and fun Dave Suchocki made buying a new car. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and I really got lucky walking in right as Dave was arriving. I was on guard, prepared to get the car salesman spiel but what I got from experience working with Dave was the opposite. He was honest, respectful, straight forward, explained every step of the way, helpful beyond words, and even took the extra time to go through my credit report line by line. On top of all this, Douglas had a great range of Jettas to test drive and choose from. Financing was a breeze and everything was clear.
