Yay! Best Car Buying Experience!
I can't thank Murdock Hyundai of Murray enough. Dain was so amazing helping me and Brock was also so kind and helpful. I was not expecting to get a car that day and Dain helped me move stuff out of my old car. He didn't even laugh at me when I had to text him, after I left, that I had forgotten a Twilight CD in my old car's cd player. Everyone there was so wonderful! I left with a dream car! I have wanted a Santa Fe since they came out! Even with my credit problems and little money down, I was able to drive away with an amazing car! Ernesto was also amazing in explaining all the financial paperwork and had me laughing the whole time. From start to finish, it was a great experience.

Good Service center, Bad communication
I went in to get my car serviced numerous times and once had to wait almost two hours to get an oil change and technician changed out the wrong light that I mentioned that needed to be changed out (left headlight) technician manager was helpful to get me taken care of when I returned to get the headlight changed. Spoke with a gentlemen in Sales by the name of Jack Stuart who contacted me back right away when I called to get the issue resolved. The receptionists are always nice and attentive every time. I called recently to be transferred over to someone who can help me out in the accounting or finance department and I was talked down upon by a someone named Jerry, in Finance. He was so rude and questioned me in the most unprofessional manner—I was stunned. I asked if I can speak to someone else because it was obvious that he was having a bad day. He immediately asked for my name to pull up my account, my time was waisted, and I was disrespected. I will never go to this location for anything other than getting my car serviced. I recommended people to the Lindon location, because the team there is very thorough and supportive. I didn't even need to go into the dealership to pick up my license plate for my first purchase, and I was given a choice for the type of plate I wanted. Murray location seems to have amateurs working in sales and finance, at least the ones I've dealt with were. The guy that helped me with my trade-in didn't know much about the vehicle I traded my car in for. It's a good thing I know enough about cars to know what I wanted, because I would've walked away immediately after the guy didn't know how to answer some basic questions about the car.

Best car buying experience ever!
I went to another dealer in salt lake that was supposed to "hear me" and they didn't listen to a word I said. I came to Murdock and they were awesome! They took the time to figure out the perfect vehicle for me and made sure I knew how to work everything before I left. I've even been back to have the features re-explained and Bradyn even came back out with me and showed me everything again. Don't even try another store first just save yourself the headache and start with Bradyn at Murdock Hyundai in Murray in the first place.

Buying cars is always stressful
Buying a car is stressful. We came in several times and a different salesperson helped up each time. It was nice they could pull our information and that cars that had been previously talked about, so we didn't have to start over every time. Didn't walk away feeling we had gotten a deal or that we had been taken advantage of so over all it was a success.
