I had an appt for an oil change and 2 other issues, but my car sat for an hour before it was taken in. He wanted a technician to check the issues first. Since I had an appt why wasn't a tech ready to check out my issues when I got there. When I said something about it being there it was taken in for the oil change, but I still had to wait on the other things. I was there for 3 hours.
