Mark did a great job finding a range of vehicles that were in my target price range and requirements. He had them all ready for test drive upon my arrival. He was honest and upfront about each vehicle and did his best to find the right fit.

I went to the Pre-Owned dealership a couple of weeks ago, strictly looking. I was met by Jeremy Rhein. His no nonsense and honest approach ended up putting me into a car I never thought I could own! It was a breath of fresh air approach of selling! He was very upfront with what I could afford versus what I wanted/ and needed. It was a very smooth and quick process. He worked so well with Ron in finance and I was set and ready to go in a matter of hours. I buy ALOT of cars and the majority of them through Auffenberg, but this was the best buying experience I have had. I ended up with an amazing car, very favorable trade in and an INCREDIBLE monthly car payment. I have always enjoyed buying from Auffenberg, but will definitely be recommending this location to my family and friends after my experience with Jeremy.

My first car shopping experience was at Auffenberg Nissan with Mark Chapman. I was very nervous about buying a vehicle and had several questions. I was very pleased how Mark handled my shopping experience and made me feel comfortable, never did I feel pressure to pick a car. He answered my questions professionally and provided information about the cars to make the best decision. Mark made the experience enjoyable as he was very knowledgable and patient. I purchased my first new Nissan from Mark Chapman a little over a year ago. Then, he was courteous and helpful. The most impressive part of my experience, though I am female, Mark did not try to sell me a car based on how it looked on the outside, but rather, based on how it fit the needs of what I was looking for. Due to an unfortunate incident (read: I totaled the first Nissan), I found myself on the market again. Without hesitation, I returned to the Auffenberg Nissan group and, specifically, Mark. Ideally, I won't need another vehicle quite so soon, but should I find myself needing or wanting to purchase another one, my first (and likely only) stop will be to see Mark.

A few years ago I had a bad experience with another local auffenberg and swore I would never buy there again, but thanks to Mike Lindsey I will be back! He was an all around great salesman and we are very happy with our purchase! Ron Turner in financing was also awesome!! Very pleased with our service and our vehicle.
