I am from out of town needed work done to my truck. So I called service and the lady that helped me is very helpful.

My husband and I went into Olympia Chrysler Jeep looking at a vehicle we had seen online. We were already pre approved through our bank and we knew what we wanted to spend. The vehicle we had our heart set on was just not going to work with our budget. Tyler and Jerry were willing to crunch some numbers, go through another bank see if we could get the monthly payment down but we really wanted to stick with our lender. We asked if there was anything else that might work for us and they brought out another vehicle. We test drove that and then decided to go look at another couple vehicles on our list. We stopped at 3 or 4 other dealerships and spoke with salesmen who wanted to sell us something brand new, way out of our budget or were unwilling to work with our lender when all we needed was a purchase order, we didn't want to deal with CUDL. We decided to go back to Olympia Chrysler Jeep and move forward with the purchase of the second vehicle we had test drove. The dealership was the only one of all the ones we went to that was kid friendly. They actually have a play room for kids which was a life saver when it came to entertaining a 3 and 5 year old through the car purchasing process. Free water and espresso, vending machines and ducks, my kids were very excited to get ducks. Anyways, thank you for being so patient with us and our wild kids. We kept them there way past close on a Friday night. But we are happy in our new to us vehicle. It may not be what we had originally wanted but it ended up being exactly what we needed. We know we can afford the payments and it's a nice vehicle, sits our whole family and will be safe, reliable transportation for years to come. Thank you so much 😊

Jobe was an amazing sales person to work with. All questions were answered, searches completed to find the van I wanted, all staff were super friendly, cars are clean, and the building is clean. Great sales experience.

Worked with RC and had a great experience from start to finish. Chatted over the phone to confirm the cars availability and to talk about pricing. They allowed me to get a PPI on the car to make sure it all looked good and the car is in great condition. Definitely recommend Olympia Chrysler Jeep!
