My experience left a lot to be wanted.

My experience left a lot to be wanted. I understand paying tax and documentation fees, but there were so many add-ons to the price of this $34,000 truck that it came out to over 43,000 by the time they were done. I cordially requested that those items be removed because I didn't approve any of them or at least it didn't require them. It was explained to me that these items are installed before the truck is put on the lot so they're automatically added to the price of the truck. I mentioned that those items should have been mentioned up front in the internet ad so people would know that the truck was going to cost more than what they have at listed at. Needless to say it was an effort and futility so I left pretty disappointed. As a point of clarity I should mention it was as no fault of the salesperson. It was after my criteria was written down and taken back to whoever was behind the doors in the back of the sales office that he returned with a bunch of stuff that was never mentioned in the ad. I was in possession of my pre-approval and over $10,000 in cash for my down payment. I fully intended on buying a truck that week. They were one of three or four dealers left that had the model that I was looking for. I suppose this was just the silver lining that led me to the five star dealership I bought my truck at. The one I got was 40,000 less miles, 5 years newer, and $6,000 less which allowed me to purchase an extended warranty and still drive home spending far less than the listed price on the truck I found at Olympia Chrysler Jeep. Happy shopping. Best regards, Lance Denison

If you are in the car buying process DO NOT shop here!

If you are in the car buying process DO NOT shop here! They overprice vehicles far beyond what they are worth and tell you that nothing can be done and are unwilling to negotiate. Worked with this place for over a month and even after roughly a 7k drop in price for this vehicle, they still wanted to quote me as if I was buying a brand-new car fresh off the lot! This dealership is shady and will give you information and agree on things only for them to immediately take them back or not be honored. Understanding that when it comes to prices and rates, the dealership isn’t the one to directly determine those we were not initially upset. After multiple visits we only wanted to work with a manager as we felt that we were not getting a fair shake. We worked with the GM directly. Worst decision ever. He was not helpful even in the slightest and unwilling to make any negotiation of any sort. If you require extra work, the finance mangers/ store managers, and sales reps do not care, they will do the bare minimum and say there’s nothing else that can be done. They are not willing to show any sort if information on the car besides Carfax. Its like pulling teeth to get any maintenance records while the car is in their care. Don’t shop here and honestly, I would avoid it at all costs. Long ago I got sold a lemon vehicle and nothing could be done then. I’m not sure why I expected anything better this time around. Don’t spend your money here, don’t waste your time, keep driving down the same road and pick another dealership in the area. I wish Tyler W. from sales worked in another location or dealership cause he is the only helpful person in this entire building. This place is unprofessional, they lack communication, they lack knowledge of their own vehicles on the lot and will waste your time. Do yourself a huge favor, skip this headache of a place and go spend your hard-earned money somewhere else. You at least wont regret that.

I bought a used car from them, I’ve had issues with the brakes since I got it. They told me 2 times the brakes were fine. They were grinding, squealing, making a very loud noise, felt like they wouldn’t stop when they started grinding and also had a crazy amount of brake dust on my wheels, I’ve never seen so much before even though there wasn’t anything wrong with the brakes so they said. This all started right after I got the car. The 3rd time I took it to them they said it was a pin that was put in wrong and it was rubbing on the router, that wasn’t the problem at all. It didn’t fix anything, after the 3rd time they stopped responding to me. After the 3rd time taking it to them and numerous times telling them there’s something wrong and being scared to drive the car I took it to another shop and they had to change the break pads out. The car also had no oil after 1,500 miles, had to add oil tell I could get an oil change and the oil was filthy, they also said they did an oil change before I bought it. I will have to do another oil change soon since the oil was so bad. Hopefully I won’t start having engine issues soon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t ever buy a car from them again and I suggest you also find somewhere else to buy a used car.

Dealer response

Hello, we make it our highest priority to make sure our customers are safe when on the road.. We do although apologize, with much due diligence we were unable to recreate the concern that led us to believe it was a rock or debris. We feel bad that it led you to go get new break pads from a different company. Though as always we are still here to help you in the future if you are ever willing. We apologize that this turned in to a negative experience for you and hope that we can have another opportunity to build a better rapport. Thank you - Sara (in customer service)

Consumer response

No one ever mentioned debris or a rock. With as much brake dust as there was there’s no way you can look at the car and say everything’s fine. I will have to be replacing the rotors as well since the problem still isn’t fixed completely. Hopefully this won’t turn into even more issues. That car wasn’t safe and isn’t in great running condition. I foresee having more issues especially with the car consuming so much oil and the oil being so I learned a valuable lesson through all of this, never trust a dealership ever. I will from now on have a trusted mechanic look at a vehicle before I purchase it. I figured with a name as yours you would be a reputable company, I was wrong. The only good part of the experience was your employee Liberty, she did help me the best she could and also went and got the fabric for the seat that wasn’t fixed correctly the first time. Do better by your customers, I have read other reviews on other sites and this seams to be a pattern with your dealership with used cars.

Consumer response

Also, you shouldn’t ignore customers when they contact you about issues. Stopping responding isn’t the way to go, it’s terrible customer service. I have never had so much of an issue with company before not responding.
