Great service experience again for our Jaguar!

Great service experience again for our Jaguar! Tommy & Steve helped get everything done quickly and efficiently and Alex helped us with getting our vehicle back from service. Great staff and nice facility. We will service there again gladly!

Disappointing.

Disappointing. Quoted one price when I called and then a higher price when I arrived for my appointment for 40k service. Also, asked for them to evaluate steering/ alignment problem. They did not assess or test drive.

I bought a 2021 Jaguar f-type from these people.

I bought a 2021 Jaguar f-type from these people. I should not have. The were very shady in the deal - I think the car was in an accident and they lied. Finally, the were supposed to - required by law - replace the tires on the car. Had to have it serviced today and they took off a tire - two rear were never replaced. They also were supposed to fix a small dent in the front panel - told me they did than when I picked up the they refused to fix and said I had already taken title. The customer service was also not great and they refused (at the time) to return calls. I finally just took the car to Annapolis ... I would stay away from these people, They are, if not criminals, certainly not above lying and misleading you to charge you money. Dishonest!

So.... I emailed then and called to see if they wanted to correct the issue.. of course no response. These comments here are just to make it seem like they were responding to customers - but never a call or email back.

I had the opportunity to buy a pre-owned Land Rover

I had the opportunity to buy a pre-owned Land Rover Discovery from Tyson’s Land Rover. I knew exactly the car I wanted, after being alerted that it was available, yet the sales time was incredibly long. I spent the better part of my morning and afternoon at the dealership and the service center. Further, the car was sold to me with a leaky windshield, broken seat modules, rattling air vent, missing “discovery” letters on the back of the car, and an inner tailgate that wasn’t fully functional. Many of these were not immediately known, but for the seats, at the time of purchase. I bought the vehicle in December of 2024, it is now March and they are only just now helping to fix everything. The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Alex at the service center. While she is working within a flawed customer service environment, she is absolutely trying her best. If I didn’t live close and they didn’t have the exact model I was seeking, I would go to another Rover Dealer/Service Center.

My husband and I decided to take the risk and drive

My husband and I decided to take the risk and drive almost 2 hours to the dealership, and we were not dissapointed! Steve was our sales guy and he did everything he could along side his team to make my dream come true! They went above and beyond in every way they could. I appreciate all of you for everything you did! Especially staying so late! If you're in the market this is the place you want to go!
