I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from Niello

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima from Niello Acura. Before taking delivery of the vehicle, I raised two concerns with the sales team: An unusual noise coming from the engine The air conditioning not cooling properly I was assured there were no issues and told I could return the vehicle if any problems persisted. Unfortunately, both issues have continued. I took the car to a certified mechanic, who identified the noise as a faulty engine mount and confirmed the A/C system is not functioning correctly. I returned to Niello Acura hoping they would honor their word and address the problems. Instead, I was told there’s nothing wrong with the car — completely disregarding the mechanic’s findings. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and poor after-sale service. I bought this car in good faith, reported the issues before finalizing the purchase, and expected better from a reputable dealership.

Salesperson was too pushy, didn't give my wife and I any

Salesperson was too pushy, didn't give my wife and I any privacy when we were trying to talk about the car at the table. Didnt know much about the car, didn't really let us enjoy and look over the car before purchasing it. Wouldn't recommend that sales guy to my enemy

The staff at Niello Acura were perfect in every aspect of getting me into my new truck. They were proficient and professional in trying to execute the sale in as timely as possible. Although they were great on the business end of things I can’t remiss the friendly nature of the staff. They had me and my family laughing through the whole time of the process.
