The service department st Lithia Toyota in Redding
The service department st Lithia Toyota in Redding California is absolutely 💯 horrible and the employees are very unprofessional! I lease a camry from there and also purchased the extra lifetime oil change option. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 11:50 am and was never contacted to pick it back up and saying that it was completed. When I attempted to call to check on my car at least 7 times no one would answer. I finally went to the service department st 5:00pm and my car had just been started to be worked on and on the lift. When I went in the office the employee at the service desk was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I would like Chris Millard the service manager to contact me as soon as he is available. I would like to cancel my lifetime oil change option and receive a refund for services not provided, gas wasted (due to living out of town), 5 hours of my day completed wasted, and having to cancel my weekend plans due to the work that was not done but having my car foe 5 hours. I so not recommend this service department to anyone!!!

Well Chris that is not completely true or correct. You never responded to my written and verbal messages or requests for communication. How is the oil change option canceled when i haven't even signed the papers? Pretty odd to me that you would embellish that. I would really appreciate someone at Lithia to take my concerns and experience on 4/8/23 at Lithia Service Department seriously. No one can offer a reason or explanation of why it occurred ans definitely no one at Lithia has offered a solution foe my damage ro the car.

The salesman Michael Gerosin is very rude and pushy and I would never buy anything from him not to mention how very unprofessional he was. Worst experience ever at a car lot would not recommend just because of his attitude. I f I could rate a negative star there would be 3.

Courteous,prompt and accommodating from first telephone
Courteous,prompt and accommodating from first telephone call to Nancy on Thursday to scheduling an appointment on Friday. Robert Paradiso was professional and thorough in having my Lexus ES 350 serviced with installing 3 tire pressure gauges as well as diagnosing problem with window and door lock panel on the drivers side door. I came back on Wednesday and had new front and rear brakes installed as well as the drivers side door panel innovatingly repaired by your mechanic. I am very appreciative to Robert and the mechanic or mechanics who worked on my car. I would certainly reccomend your service department. Thank you!
