Purchase and Service of our Toyota 4runner
We bought our Toyota 4 Runner new in 2011. We have had it serviced every time at Lithia Toyota in Redding and every time service has been excellent. We love the 4 Runner, it only has 25000 miles on it and will probably be the last vehicle we buy. That's why we will continue to have it serviced at Lithia in Redding.

ALL SERVICE PEOPLE WERE EXCELLENT WHEN I DROVE MY CAR IN THEY IMMEDIATELY WAITED ON ME ASKING ME SEVERAL QUESTIONS, AND TOLD ME WHERE TO SIT. THEY CHECKED THE MILEAGE ON MY CAR AND I TOLD THEM I USUALLY ONLY DROVE AROUND TOWN AND HAD PUT LESS THAN 3,000 MILES ON THE IDOMETER SINCE I HAD IT LAST SERVICED BY THEM IN OCT. OF 2,013. Oil Change
Everyone was helpful with information, answered all my questions and finished my car before my coffee got cold. Loved the service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Wait times a bit long, but efficient. Waiting area comfortable and pastry a nice touch. Service desk courteous, efficient and thorough. Everyone friendly and helpful.
