Lou Pelekai is an informed and trustworthy service advisor and employee of Windward Auto. I have a jeep which is 7 years old which has been cared for by the service department at Windward Auto for theses many years and continues to be serviced under the expertise of Lou. I would not go anywhere else for service or to buy another car!

The staff at Windward Auto has always taken care of my needs and have listened to my concerns. I have been a customer much longer than most of the staff working there now. I will continue to do business there if at any such time I get poor service. Then, I would see how it would be resolved before choosing to go somewhere else.
