First let me tell you about the experience with another dealership when I was looking for transportation for myself and family. After all that was said and done with crunching numbers correct financing and getting okays from there bosses the best they could get for me was a brand new second hand car. Imagine that me working two jobs six days a week with a brand new second hand car personally I felt defeated less than myself I declined there offers thanked them for there time, walking away I thought this is not the way I saw this ending. Living on the windward side of Oahu a dealership in Kaneohe wasn't the first stop I had in mind simply I didn't think of Windward Dodge as competition against the Honolulu Car Dealerships. From the very beginning I was proven wrong from salesman treating me like a friend when I ask about the Dodge Charger with the color paint job Go Mango I was told the color and I could see myself in that very car. I had just come from a dealership that pretty much broke me and I wasn't in any hurry to get denied again so I had no offers only questions The dealer was doing his best to make me feel different about this car buying experience calming me down telling me he could make this work I thought sure make it work. A hour had past the conversation had come to a conclusion and he was on his way to see if the finances where in place, it was about dinner time and I was asked if I was hungry? what. if I was hungry? it felt like I was at a friends house during dinner I was included to eat dinner with them now mind you this is before any answer came back about my deal before my meal was through the dealer came back with a big smile saying he could put me in that Go Mango Charger tonight I was never so happy to be wrong about Windward Dodge and the Staff and how they make a stranger feel like Family. I RECOMMEND WINDWARD DODGE AND STAFF to my family and friends that dealership is for the people

Great Experience

Awesome service on my challenger. Sales people have to be nice but to have a service department that was exceptional is not always seen. These guys lead by Lou (ALL OF THEM DESERVE THE CREDIT! ) went above and beyond!! XOX

Service you can depend on...

Truck went in for its quarterly oil change and service. The service rep., Gabby, helped me by checking on all other service needs and was able to take care of them in a timely manner. The final charges were less than she had quoted due to some included items which she found and explained. Good job.

WIndward Dodge

Ive always came to Windward Dodge to service our 2014 Journey. They have service writers that knows what their doing. The work done was always within its time promised. I need to go back for tires. Its a one stop repair shop. although its far from me, ill go back again.

Vehicle service request

I received a warm welcome from the customer service representative. She was very helpful with my request. During the period that I was waiting for my vehicle I was notified about other issues that was identified needing attention, this was something I had failed to ask when I initially brought the vehicle in, so she was very helpful in reminding me that I had to get this additional work done. The addition of free car wash was also a very good added touch to having my vehicle worked on, unfortunate for me on this particular day the car washing was not open. I have been with this windward Dodge dealership for over six years, I purchased my DODGE 1500 from them and I am very happy with their work, and customer service. During this period I had only one issue, and even then they corrected the issue and compensated me for my inconvenience. Mack.
