Our review & 5 stars goes to the Sales Department Aside from the Service Department needing more structure & intuitive to look into working on finding out what is wrong with the customer's vehicle especially a new vehicle that has had multiple problems & hasn't even reached 20,000 miles. Although the service department was trying to make it seem like our wrong doings & we weren't up to date with oil changes, which we were & had the paperwork to prove it. However we were able to take it to another department which took our situation very serious & took care of it right then & there instead of making us feel like we're nothing & we have to deal with the situation ourselves. As for the sales side department, we'd give them 10 stars if we could. Celina Eklund is a must see if you want someone that has the patience & understanding on getting you in a vehicle that's gonna make you happy without feeling any doubts at all. She doesn't pressure you at all as some sales people we've worked with in the pass at other dealerships has made us feel. We're so happy we found Cutter Dodge Pearl City & can guarantee to you that we're referring everyone we know to go there & see Celina at the sales department. Wish I could say the same for the service department, but maybe upper management will work on a lot of there imperfections. We're so glad there completely separated from the Sales side sad to say. Maybe the Sales department could help turn them around for the better. Other than that, BIG HUGE MAHALO TO Celina & can't forget Buddy as well for helping us & making us feel right at home. Cutter Dodge Pearl City will be our only stop for future purchases of vehicles & will always be a part of our family. GOD BLESS YOU BOTH & CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH once again

Received notice to have my car service, but questioned it because just had it done 4 or 5 months ago,,, was politely told that in order to keep my bonus roadside service and other perks, another maintenance service was needed...so, made an appointment, day and time of my choice, arrived was courteously greeted by a very personable young man who explained everything , plus patiently explained other questions not related to my maintenance service, like I was wondering where the obd connector was, he patiently explained and also showed me the handheld computer as he diagnosed my car for defective anything... waited about 50 minutes while drinking my coffee and reading their morning newspaper in their very clean and comfortable waiting room with coffee pot and vending machines.. All in all, great experience, looking forward to my next maintenance service... thank you Cutter jeep....

The people there provied really great service and they really went out of there way to make sure i had everything i needed before i left the dealership.

Came in to look for a used car. Ending up bumping into Freddy at Cutter. He not only helped me in so many ways but I didn't think I had the credit let alone the help to getting into a decent vehicle but he came through in the end pulling strings and ties for me to leave the lot with an amazing car! She did a very good job showing us some cars we might be interested in and really listened to us on the type of car we wanted. Margie is very friendly, easy going and also treats you as if your family. Shes not your typical sales person that'll pressure you into a car your not interested in. She really takes the time to find the perfect car. At the end of the day we got the car my husband has always wanted, a 2016 r/the charger. If we ever plan to get another vehicle we'll definitely see Margie again!

These guys like to lose keys when they do trade in appraisals so always bring a spare set. These guys also like to pack deals so double check your paperwork before signing, especially when they try to add an unwanted and worthless extended warranty. Get your own financing before arriving there. Do not tell them how you are gonna pay for the car when negotiating. If they know you are going to pay cash or finance from an outside lender, they will jack the price up. Do not buy any extras from them and for the love of god, do not pay their dealer markup. Maybe you would be better off waiting a couple of extra weeks and buy from a mainland dealer and saving some money. Don't let them lie to you and say that your warranty will not be valid or some other bs.
