Island Honda

I was looking to purchase a vehicle for our home on Maui. I saw a new Pilot that was exactly what I wanted online and contacted the dealership. Wilson Tadeo responded and was very efficient and helpful. I asked for the sales price of the vehicle and was given a price that I thought was extremely fair and essentially the same price I could buy a similar vehicle for on the mainland. I agreed to the deal and handled all the paperwork by FedEx. When we arrived on Maui all we had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up the vehicle. It was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Wilson Tadeo was great to work with.

I love my new Honda. Sebastian Gomez is a very nice well spoken young man. He made our experience very comfortable. It was like being with family. We never felt pressure and everything went smooth as silk. We will definitely buy another Honda from here soon.

My 2016 Honda Accord Sport sedan hit 6,000 miles and it was time for my first service. My salesman Jeff R. set up an appointment time that was convenient for me and my schedule. Service advisor Jameson made sure i got in and out as quick as possible. They even performed a needed transmission computer service recall that I was unaware I even needed to do. Above and beyond customer service still yet from the sales staff to service advisors. On a side note the waiting room is nice and clean and very comfortable to wait while your vehicle is serviced.

A company with this much determination to excel at customer service is worth my repeat business. The service manager is phenomenal and seems to always be looking for ways to improve service. You can't help but become loyal when treated so well! I return for all service needs, whether as simple as an oil change, regular maintenance, or even a battery. We have been coming here since 2002 and are confident we will always get great service and a job well done. Over the years, we have also purchased three vehicles from them and found them easy to work with and very competitive in price.

Jameson, who works in the service department gives the best customer service. Very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Always goes the extra mile. As a business owner myself, I would be thrilled to have someone like Jameson working for me. He truly cares about his customers.
